My cat is very curious about it. He seems a little confused that there's sprinkles in his litter box, but he did use it! I'm trying to transition him to using tofu litter because it tracks less, is more environmentally friendly, and if it does track its less annoying to deal with. I have a Catit Airsift Jumbo Litter box. I use about 1/2-2/3 of a box of Arm and Hammer Clump and Seal Slide litter to fill it. So about 18.5-22 lbs. This litter is MUCH lighter, and I wish litter was defined by volume more than weight, because it would make ordering litter much easier. I think I would need between 2-3 bags of this litter to fill it up. That would be around $45-50. While my arm and hammer litter is $37 for a giant box ($18 to fill my litterbox). I'll be determining if this litter is worth the extra money over the next few weeks. First impressions: I wanted to get the green tea scented one but everyone online says scented litter is bad. I wonder to what extent, because a lot of arm and hammer litter has scent/odor that traps and overpowers feces odor. So maybe I will just get the green tea one next time. Anyway, i got the original one and I had no expectations for what it would smell like. It smells very milky, but in a pleasant way. Like a warm glass of milk. I was in between this one and Michu, since I've heard good things about Michu, and not as much at all about this one. I settled for this one because of Prime shipping and the extra scent brads. I'm going to be judging the odor trapping and clumping to see if I will get more of this to fully replace his clay litter. I do have about a box of clay litter to go through still, but I'll keep mixing this in with more and more percentage of tofu litter. I hear tofu litter doesn't clump feces well, and that's what causes the most odor. So this will be what I will be mainly watching for. Granted, i have the clay litter in there also, and it's Clump and Seal, so it also battles odor. From a distance it doesn't smell (emit a strong litter odor). I can smell the milkiness a bit but that's probably just because the scent is stuck in my nose. It's very subtle and doesnt bother me at all. Overall, pleased with it so far!

I'm a first time cat parent and I've got to say, after using cheap clay litter for a few weeks, switching to tofu litter has been incredible. I've been using this for a few days now and my cat was quick to get used to it. I did mix it with the little bit of clay litter I had left to ease him into it, but he had no issues whatsoever and used it like normal. Cleaning is so much easier, it doesn't stick to the pan at all, there's no dust and barely any tracking. I will say it's best to wait for the pee to dry completely unless you wanna scoop up some doughy litter, but other than that the clumps are so easy to pick up. The smell is great, it's not harshly scented so it's healthy for your cats, I wouldn't say it smells like flowers or anything special but just a nice pleasant generic smell. Overall I'm really glad with the results, though it is a bit pricey for two bags, it's better than other options I've seen and honestly it's worth it. Two bags and one cat should last a month at least, so no issues here! Better than dust everywhere so I highly recommend !!!

Tried this brand after using Lady N litter and it does smell a lot better and doesn't stick to my litter robot 4 like the other brand. The only issue is the pellets are too big. I have tried to break it down to smaller pieces so the litter robot can sift it easier. I have put less but it still waste alot of litter into the bottom drawer. Keeps the smell down and good clumping as well. No dust and less tracking but unfortunately I can't use it unless they have a compatible version for my litter robot 4.

This product is amazing. I highly recommend it. It helps a lot with neutralizing odors. I have several cats at home (seven cats actually), and I use this litter mixed with another natural litter I already had. When I mix the two, it works perfectly. There is no cat smell in my house at all. No bad odor, nothing. It really made a big difference for the better. I’m very happy with it and I definitely recommend it.

Throughout my cats whole life, we've only ever used sand litter. I hated the sand because cleaning would be tedious and it's not the nicest feeling to step on little sands all throughout the surrounding area of her box. Someone recently mentioned tofu litter and upon researching, I was ecstatic!! I bought a bag of the cactus tofu and when it came in the mail I noticed how nice and chique it looked. No dust, not dark in color, not too heavy. I've been using for a few weeks now and even though I had a good experience in the beginning, I am so frustrated with the turnout. First, I'll mention the positive aspects. My favorite part about this tofu litter is that cleaning is much easier. Poops are easy and fast to scoop out. Pees clump together and don't fall apart back into the litter as i scoop. As a result, remaining litter is uncontaminated (this was my biggest complaint for sand litter). This litter is also bigger in size and doesn't track EVERYWHERE. I am able to pick it all up and place it back in the box. The deal breaker for me is as follows: Odor control is just really not good at all. My kitty has tried many different litters and always always covers her business but with this one she just leaves everything on top and so it just smells terrible all day. I would really not like to smell every bowl movement she has whenever she has them, and then continue to smell it for hours until it is scooped out. Or coming home to know exactly what's been done. This has been so frustrating because I was really excited about finding a solution but it added a completely different if not worse downside. I want to try and use two bags in the case she isn't covering her business because she feels there's not enough and if it works out well, I will edit this post to let y'all know.

Horrible! It smells Awful It makes me Gag stinks up whatever room you have it in. it sticks to the sides of Litter Box Until you scrap it off However it sticks to scooper making the scooper a Hot mess. It's also dusty. Not Worth the money and Will never buy again.

Tofu cat litter is my favorite kind. It’s cylindrical about a half an inch long. It clumps very well. That is annoying as other litters to step on when they get tracked around the house I appreciate the fact that you can flush the clumps. I think it’s a little more expensive however, you don’t have to use quite as much as you do with clay litter or sand like litter.

I did not think I was going to like this product when my niece recommended it but it is the best litter I have ever tried for my cats. Plus there is no cat box odor. I tried the Cactus scent. Now I'm trying to talk my family into changing to this product. I have an auto cleaner and the clay litter sticks to the inside of the walls of the device but this does not.

Great product, neutralizes odour with the fresh scent of green tea, is totally dustless and clean, the few nuggets that get tracked stay intact for easy clean up. It clumps well and flushes easily when broken into smaller clumps. I love it and so do my cats!

The litter has the consistency of cake batter once urine is added, which I didn't love and caused concern for flushing. For the price I expected there to be more product. It's sold by the weight not volumn which is confusing. This package appropriately fills one litter box with a mid week refill. Lastly the smell. Can you smell fecal matter or urine? No. It's like a scent vacuum actually. BUT the litter itself reaks. I purchased the original scent thinking it would be a slight scent of just the material as scented products are dangerous for cats and other animals. The original unscented is EXTREEMLY strong smelling and while not unpleasant as used litter would typically be, it is over powering and filled the 10x14 litter room entirely. I find the product over priced, smelly, and potentially concerning for actually using it as advertised.
