Not value for money
The unit is quite small as compared to the picture. Single cup serving. Also the brew does not stop till you push the off button. Brews good coffee. But not worth the price.

Not worth buying
It's no good. Machine is nothing but a gimmick. First, the steam wand works only while pouring the coffee which makes it useless for any purpose. Second, the "steam wand" doesn't produce any steam, it just pours hot water out which will make your coffee too much diluted and tasting watery even if you are able to make any coffee that is. i have given one star because -5 stars is not a valid rating here. 5 stars for amazon, though. Prompt delivery, good packaging and very fast return pickup and money refunded in a few hours after return pickup completed.

Useless machine at such a high price
After using morphy richard's cofee maker for almost 3 years, I decided to buy this machine from Vitek. The only advantage i was seeing was that they declare steam pressure as 15 Bar whereas morphy richard machine has 3.5 Bar pressure. I receive the machine yesterday and was highly disappointed after using it. Frother hardly works in this machine. The three buttons on the front for on/off, its hard to recognise at first glance that whether they are in on or off position.
