iFit Spiral Slicer, Vegetable Spiralizer, Zucchini Noodle Cutter and Spaghetti Pasta Maker

This is a wonderful easy to use convenient tool to make a very tasty health alternative to pasta. My niece had purchased a more expensive large piece of equipment to spiralizevegetables. I loved the spiralized zucchini noodles but did not have room for another piece of bulky kitchen equipment that was difficult to clean.I read many reviews on the smaller hand held spiralizers for sale on Amazon. The Ifit had the best overall reviews and I have found them all true. I have used it numerous times to spiralize zucchini. I have recommended it highly to many friends and family who have purchased this product and all love it. Recipes in free down load are good and easy to follow.

This is a nifty, easy to use product and I have no major complaints. The main thing to note isA) It is a manual tool, not a machine. It comes with a black end cap that can assist however I found it to be more efficient if I turned the vegetable with my hand for the first 50%-60% of spiraling and then used the black cap to take care of the rest. I understood this before purchasing but it would appear others did not based on their reviews.B) Unless everyone else knows something I do not know, you will not be able to spiral 100% of the vegetable/fruit/whatever. It will spiral about 80%-90% of the vegetable and then you must either dispose of the remainder or break up into small bits to use into your dish. Again, not a problem for me, but others may be expecting more.C) They send you a tiny brush to clean between the blades so it is super easy to clean.Overall, good product, will use several times.

Works really well for the most part. Once you get to the end of the vegetable it's hard to use the top doesn't work so well so I usually use a fork. If you are shredding too many veggies your hand will get tired.

I would spend the money on a really spiralizer. This one does cut the vegetable, but it does not resemble pasta at all. It is thin cuts, on both ends and the "noodle" are not well separated. When you try to heat them, they just get squishy because the "noodles" are too thin. I used it one and put it away, never to come out again. Waste of money.

It certainly barely works to spiral slice a carrot. Very disappointed so far.

I just love my new veggie spiral slicer. I was looking for something new to make cooking more interesting and fun, and this is it! Right in time too, since the zucchini from my garden just started comming in. I can see a lot of new meals in my future. It's the perfect size, and easy to handle. Cleans up easily too. I recommend this for ppl who do not want to put out a lot of money, but want to try it.

I love this spiralizer! Works well and is easy to use. I've only used so far on squash, but the noodles come out wonderfully! The only disappointment I have is that it did not come with any of the other extras stated in the description, most importantly, the cookbook. I was wanting some recipe ideas for using this thing, which is why I gave it 4 stars. It did come with the cleaning brush.

Love using veggies instead of pasta so this product makes cutting zucchini into noodles easier.Con: maybe it's me, maybe I'm not the brightest tool in the drawer. But I have caught my finger tips or nail in the grate. Ouchies. Also a little hard to wash by hand. And, I wish it used the whole veggie instead of leaving a core.
