Alx Care 100% Silicone Reusable Soft Menstrual Cup (SIZE-1(UPTO 30 YRS), PINK)

I am 30+yrs old but I haven't had childbirth. I ordered the 30+yrs size but they sent me the upto 30yrs one, and I couldn't return it due to the no-return policy. I have used it for two of my cycles. The problem is the same. On some days, it worked perfectly and there was not a drop of spill...in fact, on my last period, I was on my 1st and 2nd day and due to the heat n sweat, had terrible rashes, so actually went underwear-less using just the cup till the painful rashes subsided...not a bit of leakage...and then on other days, it leaked profusely...Sometimes, it refuses to open up fully inside me, and at other times the suction breaks when I'm walking or sitting on a low stool/sofa. I was lucky I wore a pad as backup during these times. This phenomenon is not specific to a heavy or a light flow day. It's just happens. One of the days it opened but the cup was ahead of my cervix...and so the blood was leaking out from the sides. Is the cup too soft? Are my pelvic muscles too firm? Is my cervix too low? Is the cup not the right size?(but then I wouldn't have enjoyed the spill-free days, no?)...is it not the right shape for me? or is it the learning curve... I don't know.The silicone material is good, soft, not at all painful, and there's no discomfort with the cup by itself. Once inside, could barely feel it.

This is a great product, and every woman should start using it instead of sanitary napkins. It is environmentally friendly (no harmful waste generated every month), no recurring cost every month, good for you (no artificial / chemical-laden sanitary pads / tampons), extremely comfortable (as compared to sanitary pads / tampons).I have even kept it inside for up to 12 hours sometimes without any problems, when I've had a long day at office. There is a definite learning curve, so don't give up after a couple of cycles of discomfort and/or leakage. The first cycle, it was so painful that I was about to give up. It's just the commitment I had to eliminate the harmful garbage generated each month that kept me on it.Also, I had not yet got the hang of opening it up fully inside, so there was leakage. A couple of hints - no sharp and long nails at least for the index finger, middle finger and thumb of the hand you use to insert it. To avoid leakage, after you insert it, keep rotating it till you feel a sort of pop that indicates that it's opened up fully. Then I verify it by rotating a couple more times. When it is fully opened, it glides inside easily while rotating and you can also feel with your fingers that it's fully opened up. If this is not done properly, then it causes the leakage issues many ladies have mentioned.Initially it took more than 15 minutes each time to clean it up and re-insert it. Now I'm done in less than 5 minutes. I also needed to trim the stem based on my comfort level. It's so comfortable that most of the days I don't even notice it's there. I do zumba, gym, yoga (no upside down poses of course), hiking etc. without any problems. Long working days and complete night sleep (even 9 hours) without any issues. Depending on your flow, you can remove, wash and clean with soap and reinsert. I've even done this sometimes in my office bathrooms.On my single heavy flow day, if it's a working day, I use an additional cloth pad just so that I don't have to worry about the leakage.I recommend each and every woman to try this, and stick with it past the initial learning curve. Trust me, you'll thank me for it later.

I came to know about menstrual cup about 11 years ago in U.K. I used the brand of U.K. from past 9 years but then last year I accidentally burnt it. I was amazed to find a product on amazon here in India. This ALX cup was even better than the one I brought from U.K.(moon cup). I am using ALX from 1 year now. It is an essential product for every women. I highly recommend it. I wish menstrual cups were advertised so that more women can take advantage of this product!!!

Used this for one cycle and it was good.I have had 2 kids. Not sure if someone who has not yet had kids or are very young can use the cups in general.It's not very soft. But I think that's good.There is a learning curve and you need to try a bit initially to get it in correctly.Everything that they say about menstrual cups was true with this product. Like you can literally be doing anything. Sometimes you don't realize you are on your period. Depending on your flow you can wear it 12 hours straight.

Today,I used it for the first time. At first I found it a little difficult to insert it. But after repeating the same process for 2 or 3 times,I found it too easy. I feel like I am going through a normal day. I travelled 2 hours ,did my daily work out,nothing happened,not even a drop of blood was there to be seen. All their claims are true. Wonderful experience. I will recommend this to all my friends n relatives. 100% satisfied. You all can buy this without a doubt. Please follow the instructions before using. Product quality is good. Was delivered on time. Been using it for the past 2 months. There is definitely a small learning curve, but once you get accustomed, you will wish you had known about it earlier. Way more comfortable than sanitary pads. No leakage, no pain, easy to use, easy to carry, environment friendly, doesn't dig a hole in your pocket. Can wear it for almost 18 hours straight without any harm to the body. What more can you ask for.. Should be advertised and made available to all women. It's a big boon to the human race!

It's difficult a little uncomfortable. Sometimes difficult to get it right inside,if so it will leak.if u get it right then no worries

I ordered this cup after reading the reviews and with a thought why not to give it a try. On first day of my mp i used it with doubt regarding proper insertion but in one go it was done right and whole day it worked wonders. I am 31 and have one baby by c sect and opted for size 1 .I liked quality as i cnt compare it with other brands as i am new user.This product is worth for money..just go for it..
