Karcher SC 2 Steam Cleaner

I have done lot of thinking before buying this product-was really not sure about its performanceThen I made my mind and finally purchased this-I must say this is an awesome product I used this to clean my windows ,leather sofa, bathroom, kitchen chimney,fridge, mirrors etc and yes even mopping –very much satisfied with this. I bought Karcher SC2 I'm amazon's offer. The day I bought it our maid went for Diwali vacation so we are using it from the same day. This machine changed our cleaning concepts. Earlier we were using chemicals for floors cleaning but this steam cleaner is amazingly cleaning with steam. It gives far superior feeling even if you walk barefoot in home. I am very satisfied n feel really value for money. Again thanks to Karcher for amazing product and to Amezon as well.

Excellent product, don't need to call the experts for deep cleaning the house anymore!! Light and easy to manoever, a must for every house.

First of all don't buy before making through checks. If you stay in a old rented house like mine, then don't bother. The product just arrived, it's so simple to use that I started using it immediately. Even a kid would be able to. I started cleaning my bedroom, almirah, door etc. After five minutes the fuse went off. Now my bedroom is pitch dark and I'm with this machine. Fortunately rest house lights are still on. But it may happen for you that entire house fuse goes off. Point is that it is powerful machine in sense of electricity consumption, more than five ten mins usage will be fatal.Coming at the performance, yes it matched up to my expectations. You can give this 85/100 marks. There were age old stains everywhere, the steam melted them. When I cleaned mirror and wooden door, the shine was admirable. As a test I took some utensils which were not cleaned from a long time and it forced out their stains too. Floor cleaning, I'm sure it will work super on vitrified tiles. Unfortunately my house has old stone tiles, the stains are tougher to go away. But the machine helped more than the regular pocha. I could see tiles clean. So all in all very good.Thirdly the steam didn't seem to be 140 degree temperature or anything. It seemed normal steam with fair pressure. I think SC3 steam force is very powerful and heating time is just 30 seconds against 6.5 minutes of SC2; but price of SC3 is almost double that of Sc2 so not worth.In a nutshell if your house electricity wiring is robust, if you're planning to clean twice a week and your home is not roadside (less dust, mine is just beside road so unimaginable amount of dirt) then this is a good buy. The price still 10k isn't worth but somehow if you get some festival discount or somehow price comes to 7k then it's perfect buy.If you're still in doubt after this review then buy it. You want it too badly just the way I wanted. Giving three stars to product since it just about matched my expectations. I wished to upload photos but my room is pitch dark at present.

I have been using it for a while now. It cleans all dust and grime very quickly. However for stuff that it hard to remove it may take a long time. Does not remove built up deposits and stains very easily however regular use will help. I use it to mop the bedroom and kitchen floors they feel really clean after each use. Highly recommend if you have a small baby in the house who wants to be on the floor and keeps dropping things down.

Easy to use. Good simple design. In future I will buy the steam model which has easy to fill water tank while using without opening the filling valve. For continuous use.
