Can also be machine washed up to 30C - tumble dry on low heat - no fabric softener. If you decided to use disposable pads with the product - you will need to buy sanitary towels/panty liners to place in the part that goes between the legs. Use the type of pad (thickness) you feel is most suitable for your girl.
