Works fine. Don't forget to adjust the Pintle to 1-1/8" (1.125") before installing. With a new valve, you can pull and push the valve in and out a bit (by hand) to adjust it. If you forget to adjust it, the idle is very high for a while but would probably eventually adjust after several drive cycles.

Installed and didn't seem to make a difference

Been running this IAC valve for a few months with no problems. Seems to be a good product if you don’t want to pay parts store prices.

This product did not work it made my truck idle high and had to put old part back on. Would not recommend buying anything A-premium! I had nothing but problems with this brand.

I have not yet installed the valve because I am a little concerned about the white grease that is inside of it. I do not believe there should be grease in there. I have watched a few videos on taking the valve apart and none of them mention using any grease and re-assembly. Also after looking at pictures of the official GM branded part, I do not see any grease being used. I have rated this 3 stars for now and will reevaluate my rating after I decide what to do about the grease. My options at this point are; return the valve, use it as is or clean the grease out of it.

I needed a new idle air control valve for my 1987 GMC S15 because mine was looking very rough. When I purchase the truck it was in very poor shape but still running decently and I've nursed it back to health and basically done half of a full overhaul on it and almost have it running like new. When I pulled the existing idle air control valve it was still functioning and I could probably could have just sprayed it off with some carb cleaner and put it back into service but with a nice fresh new one like this it's got the truck almost running like new. I still have a few kinks to work out but this definitely put some pep back into the step. Overall this thing seems to be functioning very well and is made of very durable material and it mounted right up. It was very well packaged and arrived on time and I highly recommend it if you need one if you got an old square body like I do

Work perfectly and makes my truck happy

Perfect fit for the factory original. Was having starting and idling issues on my 1990 Chevrolet c1500 that has a 305 V8. After installing this and doing the reset procedure the truck is back in action

I took a chance on this brand for affordable parts for my 1985 Corvette. I installed this IAC with ease. Comes with a gasket. Fired up the car immediately with no issues. IAC functions well. My idle and RPMs are smooth. It's only been a month, so we will see how long it lasts. Four stars.
