聴音強度は良好、音の清明度も良好でとてもいい聴診器といえます。Amazon USAでも4.5starsの平均値を得ています。同社のMD　oneはとても評価を得ている聴診器ですが、それ以上の聴診能力です。Cardiology系の聴診器は高音に弱い傾向を時にもちますので肺音によわかったりしますが、この聴診器は肺音が清明に聞えるという長所があると思います。家で聴くのと現場は異なります。実際現場で使ってみました。絶好です。心音・肺音とも良好に聴取できました。心雑音もOKです。III,IV音は本日は対象がいませんでした。肺音を聞くにはCardiologyより、こっちがいいかも知れない。Littmann CardiologyIII,IVはTunable Diaphramなので圧をかけていないと肺音が聞えにくいことがありますから。ケンツ・メディコのラパポートのやすいほう　140でしたっけ。これも調べると評価が高い。ケンツのものはここで10500円とちょっと値上がりしかかも、8200円だったような。ただ、MDFのこれは6200円で買いましたのでお得ではありました。ケンツのものと聞き比べはしておりませんけどね。Littmann Cardiology II, III, IV , Master Cardiology, Master Classic II, stereophonet 178, MD oneは保有しており、聴き比べはしています。

Excellente qualité , quoique un peu lourd et encombrant pour mettre dans une poche . Qualité acoustique excellente et fournis avec de nombreux accessoires permettant un usage adulte ou pédiatrique.

Funciona muy bien, muy cómodo de usar, tiene largo adecuado, ambos diafragmes funcionan bien, en general cumple bien su función

Va muy bien es liviano, lo único q el aislamiento acústico no es el mejor, pero nada q reprocharle, diseño bonito

For my job it was perfect. Its hefty, tough, and clear. Some nurses were also impressed. As a littmann alternative or substitute this stethy doesn't disappoint. Would this go toe-to-toe with a cardio 4? No. Is this fine for EMTs, students and people dipping their toes in health care? Sure.
