Shall I add 10-15 ml max for a 500cc motorcycle as well (Royal Enfield) ?

the seller sugested you the wrong quantity. as per my knoledge it should be 5 ml if you compaire with cars, their tank is around 50 ltrs divide the same from 250 ml quantity and you'll get the figure of 5 ml / ltr. and the maximum quantity per liter is 8 ml if you calculate it with a car with 30 ltrs fuel capacity it's around 8.33 so maximum amount of additive you can use per liter is 8 ml. please do not exceed that point as you might harm your bike's engine.
