It exceeds expectations. The vendor's service is extremely good. And I am writing this the instructions are not very well written but I did not need any instructions to assemble the bike. Its pretty simple. The plastic of Bike is very sturdy. The bike is only for 3 yr olds only. But the material used and the way vendor takes care of delivering the product is exceptional. My order was stuck in the some place due to storm in vendors town but they chased it up and got it delivered on time and personally made sure I am aware of the issue they were facing. 5 stars for vendor and product. Amazon id awesome. Keep up the good work guys.

The product is good and age group of 1 to 6 yrs can smoothly ride this bike. Only thing I faced is 3 nuts are missing other than that it's a good choice and working fine

Product is good but I feel the cost is too much for this because the plastic material is not up to the mark and even after charging whole night, max for 2 hrs u can use and its for kids of age 1.5-3 years only. I was expecting that it'll have better material but it doesn't. I wanted to buy 2 at the same time but ordered only 1 to see its performance, now I've decided to look for some other model. I bought at 3400. Sellers can offer good quality one within in range of 3k-5k.I must say go for it but better not to have much expectations.. and Kids anyways gonna love it.

Product is very well designed and loving to children hearts .But only problem is not any introduction for assembly product with packaging.just need to improve that . Over All everything is well and good way as it’s is . And delivery also on time .

Even though the product manual recommends the user age group as 3-6 yrs, it is suited for 2-3 year old kids. Plastic is of poor quality; it cannot withstand the recommended maximum capacity of 30kgs either. I had specifically checked with the seller if it indeed required a professional to assemble. He had said that the manual would have all instructions and any adult could assemble. However, the instructions in the manual lacked clarity. Since the seller says that he will not accept returns, i had asked if he would do some testing before dispatch to which he had agreed. Looks like no testing is done, one of the wires soldered to the motor that fits in to the rear wheel is broken. The electrical work inside the bike is of poor quality. I need to get the broken wire fixed before charging and making my kids ride it. I'm regretting having spent 3.2k on this bike already.

it is very nice , i am happy with the product . the only thing is it is a bit smaller in size could hav been best if little more height, still nothing wrong with the product looks good works as expected and we are really happy specially my kid.
