I weight 197, 5'.5. Read reviews & ordered a medium. Light weight. Not unbearably tight. Very comfortable. Subtle difference. Holds stomach in and gives waste a little definition.

DO NOT go by the size chart It is INACCURATE. I'm 5' foot, 150lbs (boxy apple body, no waist= 35" (under bust) 36" (waist) 38" (hips)) Purchased a Small & Medium, to see how each would fit. Both sizes are comfortable, breathable, and the material (thickness & compression) are exactly what I wanted. I can actually pull up the material without rips and keeps its shape and stability. Overall both sizes deemed to be very close in sizes. The only difference is on the top waist band on the Small is only 1/2 inch smaller than the medium size. Unfortunately, both sizes do not give me a waist, but that's okay, it's not a corset, and I am very boxy (apple shape) with no waist anyways. Though both sizes do hold in my tummy which is a big positive.

Muy buena la prenda, excelente material, súper cómoda......más sin embargo le doy 4 estrellas por el sonido que emite al caminar......para usarse con pantalones está súper espectacular, pero con vestido no la recomiendo ya que el sonido es muy molesto. Sin embargo me gustó tanto que voy a encargar también la color beige.....son excelentes.

i have bought many different brands of shape wear with no luck. I was so happy when I found these! They are truly no show under clothes! For reference I wear a small in clothes but I ordered a large in these because I wanted to be comfortable. They still form fitted my body with a no show under a very tight fitting dress. I will be ordering more! Don't hesitate to buy these!
