Works well and easy to use
I pulled a 2TB drive out of an old windows PC that was going to be recycled. I put it in to this case, which was easy to do when following the simple instructions. Plugged it into a newer laptop (W11) using the USB C cable connector (provided) and it worked first time as expected. One small issue is one of the screws was a little "tight" going in. I am guess the alignment on the holes was a very little bit off. With some patient "adjusting and wiggling" everything lined up the installation was 100% solid. For me this was a good experience and I would consider this for future drives as needed.

Easy to Set Up
I needed a 3.5" container to access files on a standard 1TB HD from a computer that fatally crashed. Received the order in about 20 hours (semi-rural WA state) and had the drive inserted and up and running in about 10 minutes. Works great.

Great Overall Enclosure for the Money
(Review Sample Tested)I tested this product for approximately two weeks with a standard 3.5" 4TB 5400 RPM Seagate HDD on Windows 10 (22H2 - KB5041580). First, the enclosure material is great and sturdy, making me feel confident as I'd bring it with me in my Laptop Bag with no damages. The product isn't overbearing; instead it's minimalistic in look and setup. Plugging in the HDD was a breeze, with helpful LED lights letting me know when the HDD goes to sleep and when it's in use. During my use, I never experienced any problems with connection, HDD recognition, or speeds. It performed about the same as if it was plugged in via SATA.For the price, this is a fantastic HDD enclosure that I can't recommend enough.

Definitely not aluminum color...
Works fine but mostly purchased because it showed as being a similar finish to a Mac. Not the case. Dark metal with a blue like tint to it... sad if you want to display the hard amongst your setup but it works fine.

Easy assembly, Fast access.
Very nice looking case, came with Power Supply, hardware and screwdriver. Assembled easily (worked with a 2.5” SSD Also). USB C cable allowed fast access / response. Since this is for an archive/backup drive, i really like the Power Switch, so it is not running when I am not using it. I would highly recommend this HDD enclosure.

Supports a VERY large drive capacity! Easy to install, and works perfectly.
I put in a 22 TB HDD, and it's working great. It was really hard finding an enclosure that supported above 16 TB at a fair price. This one was perfect, and the price was phenomenal.

Works Great, Sleek Design, Metal Case
I bought one of these and installation took all of about two minutes. Two screws hold the drive in a plastic sled, the sled slides into the case with a single piece SATA and power connector, two more screws and you're done. A small board on the rear of the case contains the SATA to USB bridge. Includes power supply and a cable with a USB 3 A or C connector (with a slick adapter) to the USB C connector on the unit. A removeable plastic gizmo allows the unit to be stood on edge to reduce footprint. Don't forget to press the power switch or the drive won't mount. A few days later I ordered a second unit and will be ordering a third soon. I highly recommend this case.

Great Hard Drive Enclosure for a great price.
The media could not be loaded. This external Hard Drive Enclosure, is very solid, quick and easy to setup. This is idea, if you want to take a hard drive with you and use on another machine else where or just to finally be able to use that spare hard drive that you have setting around doing nothing. You can easily connect a 3.5" or a 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD/SSHD into the enclosure then connect to a type C interface on your computer. Its fully plug and play, so no drivers required to download. In the box, you get everything you need to install your 3.5" or a 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD/SSHD into the enclosure, including the Screwdriver and Screws to mount the drive. The outer casing is quite rugged and strong, while the tray is made of plastic that holds the HDD in place. It would have been nice to have an metal tray too, i can live with it for the price and to be fair, once the outer casing is on, you really wouldn't tell and its not like its going to affect the performance, which is that main thing. There is also a stand in the box if you would like to use, which is also made of plastic but does feels quite strong. The one small down side on this enclosure is: even though you can connect a 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD/SSHD into the enclosure, the screw holes will not line up on the 2.5" hard drive, they only line up for a 3.5" drive. So you would need to use some sort of tape to hold it in place if using a 2.5" drive. If using a 3.5" drive, then just use the screws provide to mount it.Overall for the price and performance, im really happy with it.

Not suitable for 2.5" SSD
Works fine and, so far, reliable. However the screw locations for securing the drive are for 3.5" drives, not for 2.5" SSD

Fits my 3.5" drive perfectly
Very easy to set up and worked "out of the box" for an old Windows desktop hard drive where I wanted to keep access to the files on there (note I didn't try running as a boot drive, so don't know about that). I had 4 partitions and they all showed up in File Manager no problem on my Windows 10 laptop.Nice quality, although the instructions a bit sketchy about what order to connect things. Power first then USB cable or the other way around? How to turn off after disconnecting from the laptop (seems like a long press on the device will do it). The USB C cable is about 50cm long.If you are looking for a mount for a 2.5" drive, I'd recommend looking elsewhere as the holes to fix the drive in place don't match up (although my 2.5" drive did work, it isn't a permanent solution). Also worth noting that if your old drive was using NTFS formatting, NTFS won't work with Macs unless you are very technical.
