One of the few books in the world,that tells about stick control,that what i heard from my dum teacher...But recently I watch drumeo class by David caribaldi,where he mentioned this book so i am very exited...

This is a great book. I'd been using personally for my practice, and also help students with some exercises. Each page is important for beginner or intermediate drummer. Way to go....

Regardless how old this book was first published, it remains absolutely relevant.Going through these exercises will change your playing in so many ways.Hint. Be sure to find out online how the author wanted it to be played. Very important.

It goes without saying that this book is easily the most widely referenced drumming resource for stick control, and it’s been reprinted beautifully. Yes, it is smaller than the original book, however I purchased this to replace a tattered well-used version of the original book and have not really noticed that big of a difference when it comes to practising. It may be because I am familiar with the patterns already, and therefore use the book more just to check where I’m at, but I haven’t had issues reading it like a lot of the reviews claim.For anyone looking for a review of the book’s content, it is an essential resource for anyone, beginner or advanced, to master the basics of drumming. While repetitive, it ingrains good sticking practises which translate to better fills and more creative beats. Great purchase!
