Love these cards. Clear pictures and instructions that are so easy to follow. I was able to share them with elderly relatives who are now using them as well. Great to travel with so that you can keep yourself in some kind of routine and excellent in terms of being able to vary so it’s not to be bored. Great value for the money. Small enough to travel with the large enough to view easily. Plastic coated so they’re totally durable. Excellent purchase

Not as advertised

These are great. I love how they have the difficulty level on them so you can work your way up to the harder cards. The ring makes it easy to divide the cards and focus on the level you are on. Great pictures to show you how to do each move. Allows you to work out at your own level.

This set of sturdy pilates cards are well planned and thought out. You really do get a great workout using any combination of cards. I've only been using the exercise cards for a short while. However, every muscle in my body gets workout!..man are my muscles sore from the great workouts. I like that the pilates movements are illustrated, numbered and color coded so you can see which muscle groups you are targeting. There is also an easy to hard gauage indicated for each exercise on the cards and the directions to do the exercises are written clearly as well. All in all these cards exceeded my expectations and the cards can be written on with the included marker is a plus too. I will be buying other sets, as I graduate through this card deck.
