The toyota way

A very well written book. Recommend everyone interested in setting up the right processes to read it. My respect for the Toyota management has really gone up after reading this book. Style of writing makes it easy to read. Excellent examples which highlight the Totyota Produtiom System philosophy thoroughly.

A must read for anyone working in manufacturing industry and also relevant for people working in service industry.

More good for coming from automobile background, Product people can still use to understand product journey in Lean way.

Good print, quality paper, pleasing on eyes

This book makes for very interesting reading, especially the description of how Toyota manufactured the Prius and Lexus. I haven't finished it but it is definitely interesting material. There is another book called "How Toyota Changed the World" by Dennis Chambers which is equally good. Both these are worth owning.

A geat book to understand the lean philosophy. It unlocks our mind from the conventional perception of operations and quality. In my opinion, this is a must read book for those who wants to make contributions towards development of customer oriented organisation.

This is a very nice book and the lessons can be applied across business, functions and industries. I'd have loved if Amazon cared to send a Book mark along with the book. When I purchased earlier from Flipkart, the bookmark delighted me.

Absolutely brilliant! Just shows how bankrupt our view of management in most western industries really is! Mooi uitgebreide beschrijving van de "Toyota way" met veel voorbeelden. Ervaringen in het boek stammen veelal uit 2003, maar toch zeer nuttig voor de huidige situatie om van te leren. Niet om te kopiëren, omdat de wereld niet enkel bestaat uit auto's maken zoals Toyota.
