These are delicious!! my personal favorite is the pineapple. I like to have it alone in water mixed with ice as a refreshing drink and sometimes i add a splash of sparkling water or juice to make it fun! magnesium helps with my sleep, my muscles and just overall in my body. Seems to absorb well and i don't get any digestive issues or discomfort with it. I am subscribed! thanks!!

These are a good option for a calming drink. Some of the flavors are very strong which was not my favorite. Would be nice to be able to pick a flavor vs a variety pack but still a good option and a good value

I feel like I am getting better sleep. It's my second time buying. This time around it was not a powder it came hard as a rock .

I love the vanilla scent, and the oil seems to be good quality. As far as the amount or effects of the magnesium, things like that are so difficult to measure, and I often have a hard time determining whether or not they work. The bottle, as careful as I try to be, always seems to get oily, and the inside of the cap does also. It's really strange because it's as if it's spraying itself after I put the cap on. Maybe it's built up pressure that's causing it? I don't know. The only issue I have with it is the spray bottle being so messy even though i clean it off after each use. Maybe it's just a defective bottle.

Quick delivery I got the orange. I’m actually love the flavor. You can taste the artificial sweetener, but it’s not bad.
