Nice Dermaroller with Awesome packaging by Amazon and the product is totally sealed packed.And As far as Dermaroller is concerned its working fine.I am using this Dermaroller from last one month now My Acne Scars is disappearing slowly slowly.But its painful little bit.I purchased 1.5mm needles Dermaroller.And Thank You once again Amazon.

I cannot say about the durability of the product as i have only used it twice. My retin-a cream showed better absorption, which i realised from the quick peeling of the skin the very next day itself. This means this roller works. Even if you do not have sensitive skin, I wouldn’t recommend it for moderate use more than twice a week.

Bought two derma 1.5 mm. Got 1mm instead and of different manufacturers. Very Poor quality. Can’t get refund as it is non refundable. Waste of money

I don't understand how to use it, but its not piercing my skin, it just runs over it.I'm not yet clear how it is supposed to benefit me, and why its priced as it is....No instructions came with it.
