Good product for kids under 5 years
Not for learners,build quality is according to the price,good sound and audio from mic is good too,can be used as a toy for children below 5 years,can be brought as a first keyboard for your child to bring out the Beethoven........

First attempt returned, replacement is received excellent.
When we received it for the first time, half of the keys were not working means the product was damaged.We requested for the replacement and got the product again, which is working fine.

Defective Item was sent
The item was defective, despite putting new batteries and trying out everything this instrument does not play. When I tried returning the item, I saw it was a non returnable item.This how the company is trying to get rid of its defective goods by making a fool of people. Charging them for defective items and including a no return policy. Amazon should delist such vendors.Dont buy anything from this company in future you will be taken for a ride.

It's been over a month, still working. Mic has crackling sound due to some signal interference or may be lose receiver inside mic.
