Nash Brothers Trading Organic Butter, Almond, 16 Ounce

I love the flavor of this almond butter. To combat separation, I store unopened jars upside down. When I open them, the contents go into the food processor to blend them thoroughly. I then put the jar in the freezer for about 20 minutes (set a timer so you don't forget it!) before storing it in the fridge. The short time in the freezer after mixing helps prevent re-separation while in the fridge. I still have to stir it a bit, but it never goes back to a layer of oil with hard clumps below.

Loved this organic almond butter! I tend to enjoy crunchy almond butter, but the flavor of this product was so delicious (just like eating roasted almonds!), and the texture (not runny!) and color were so delightful, that I didn't mind the price ($16 a jar?). I was able to order two or three until it became unavailable. I've been waiting a long time now for it to be available again, but I've given up hope already.

If you can believe it, this is the only almond butter my daughter will eat. She knows if we try something else and only wants Nash Brothers. Only problem is it is often out of stock!!

Delicious almond butter for a great price! Tastes amazing with bananas! Good texture, too!

Not quite as good as Maranatha, but a good substitute until they get back up and running.

Over all good.If I had to pick an issue to complain about it would be consistency. Some clumps exist and other parts of the jar were overly running. Needed a little mixing, whereas I know there are some produced with a smooth consistency (which helps spread easier.Good points:Good tasteHealthyClean/Pure productYummy for the tummy!

It is entirely too thin. It cannot be used to make a sandwich. I will use what I have left in recipes.
