Is this ok for my akg p120 condenser mic

It gets the job done, make sure you have the mounting bracket and an adaptor, as it will not fit this stand (or quite a few out there). I see you've spent a decent amount on the mic, I recommend you to try to get a more premium stand for it as well as you might have to attach more filters which may loosen the bolts over time due to the added weight.
