Issues with upstairs getting too hot and downstairs not getting hot enough, installed 4 of these upstairs, once all 4 rooms have reached the required temperature, they'll fully shutoff, leaving all radiators on downstairs getting all rooms fully heated through. You can feel the difference in heat downstairs once upstairs radiators have turned off. Well worth the money if you look for savings

Good item

Very good price. I bought 9 of these needing 8 which was just as well because one of the nuts cracked while being installed. The valves protrude slightly more from the radiators than our old non-TRV valves meaning that the rising pipes from the floor needed to be splayed outwards a little. The valves were bought for use with smart TP-link thermostatically-controlled heads which were screwed directly onto the base of each valve instead of the supplied thermostatic heads. While I cannot comment therefore on their intrinsic temperature-keeping performance, their regulation with the smart heads is excellent.

Does what it should, easy to install and updated old units with minimal fuss. Would buy again.
