Hoover fridge freezer
The product was fine but the delivery was .appalling. The product was left on top of my roses in the front garden as the delivery driver stated he did not have time to unpack it so that it would fit through our front door leaving myself and my husband to lift a large american fridge freezer into our house on our own and we are both in our 60's. DISGUSTED!!!

Damaged when it arrived
Damaged dissapointed replacement arrived 6th April a hoover fridge freezer this time could. Not buy unpack and remove old one do not know why. Anyway the delivery people would not let us anwrap it to check for damage ot very helpful considering my husband and I are in our seventies. However we took a chance and two of our so s arrived later that day and got it in side and running for us. Fridge freezer was undamaged a d works perfectly. Just remember the delivery people will not assist you even if you offer a good tip. FRIDGE BRILLIANT 10/10 DELIVERY 5/10
