I've recently started to get educated on the benefits of the ingredients. It's nice having an "all in one" capsule. I've had a much better year health wise after starting these supplements. But I'm not going to say it's because of them. I've made other changes in life with better diet and exercise as well. So the combination of all three are winning for me.

Nice blend of mushrooms; I look for Lion's mane and cordyceps first. I wish it didn't have chaga, as the fungi is at real risk of over harvesting. (Can't be cultivated, must be harvested in the wild. Grows only of specific trees, long lifespan ~80 years, is picked before it can reproduce) The capsules are easy to swallow, and are vegetarian. Price wise, 40$ for a 60 days supply may be a bit much, but this does have the convenience of being in a capsule, as opposed to a bulk powder which you would have to mix with something and measure out yourself. I've been taking only one a day, because that's what fits in my pill holder (and I probably didn't read the label). That stretches this further, but I am still getting the interesting and intentional beneficial compounds. I like that it is 3rd party tested, and made in the US, specifically California. Some supplements on Amazon can be, well, dubious? I have no qualms taking this product at all. The company makes many other supplements, including tinctures. Obviously, I can't say definitively whether this has been beneficial to me, as there are many variables and this isn't a controlled trail. However, I do feel like it's been helping, as my mood is better and mind less foggy.

This is a very wonderful product and I will always speak highly of mushroom blends as a supplement. It does have a tremendous impact in some people’s lives. We all are aware that the FDA does not approve nor disapprove of vitamins or supplements, please check with your own doctor before taking anything! Please, because what may be great for your partner or friend, it could impact a prescription medication that you are currently taking per your physician. The reason why is what it did gave me an extra year to be with my best friend, sister, just an incredible bond we held together. She was diagnosed with ocular melanoma that had spread throughout her body. The physicians gave her approximately three months to live. My first reaction? No! So I took a leave of absence and for the next 16 months, it was taking her to from Boston, Philadelphia, and New York for a clinical trials. Additionally, there is a product in Whole Foods in liquid form that was extra mushroom supplements that are quite similar to this product. My family and I believe in eating organically. Upon doing a shopping for my sister, I bought her the liquid mushrooms. She faithfully took the supplement every day and it was her belief that they helped her to be with us a bit longer. She was diagnosed to live three months as I previously said and ended up surviving for 16 months.When she passed, but, and this is a big but, she and I truly believed that the mushroom blend was helping her. As I just said, we believed so please check with your own physician. I will repeatedly say this because my father-in-law is a world renowned vascular surgeon who truly believes in speaking with your primary doctor before doing or taking anything. I have tried multiple different organic or vegan mushroom blends, and I found this particular product, Super Mushrooms manufactured by Herbana to be wonderful. Please know that I am not saying this is a cure for cancer!!! I personally do believe that eating organically, taking the best supplements your doctor approves of, your particular diet, consuming other vitamins, or prescriptions in addition to exercising not only works for you, but, and I will repeat it again because this is very important, speak with your own personal physician before consuming any supplement or vitamin. In conclusion, we love this product. I am speaking of my husband and I. The price point was fabulous. It was very fresh. I know it was very fresh because my husband has pill dysphasia which basically means he cannot swallow a pill, capsule, soft gel, but has to open a capsule and put it in his mouth directly. That’s how I know this was a fresh product. We both recommended highly.

I feel it has been extremely beneficial and effective for me to take, although I do regularly take mushroom supplements for the overall benefit. This formula is not stale, off-putting or off-tasting. It's only 2 easy-to swallow capsules, and for me it has made a difference in my energy levels and ability to be productive and focused. I think it's a very good value for the price. There are 120 capsules in the bottle, and they are third party verified (good) and made in the USA in an FDA registered facility. All of these are important for supplements, but especially for adaptogens as quality matters particular for those.
