Well made!
At first I didn't like it that these are a bit larger than ones I have gotten before but using them has made me forget the older ones. These things are VERY well made. They work great and I suspect they will last far longer than the small cheap units. I am buying more.

Burnt plugged into phone, burned phone's charging port.
I very recently purchased these charging cables and placed one inside my car where I would end up using it a lot.One day later, at around midnight, plugged this into my phone to charge. I'm not sure if it was the temperature because it was already cold at night, but just minutes later it became very hot and appeared very burnt on its end and would no longer charge my phone. The inside of the port looked a little worsened too, and wouldn't work with another charger.And it's just my luck that my phone was at 2% at the time and would now be unable to turn on and effectively broken. Not sure what happened, I tried this with other cables from the same 5 pack in another car and they worked just fine, except these that were left in the car for a day, however so were those other ones. I am sure most of these cables work fine as the other ones did and others I have had in the past. I did not at all think this would happen and think it is worth looking into.

Can't get a confident connection
Every other USB-C cord I have fits into whatever device I need to connect/charge with a solid confidence that you know it's truly "home." Not these cords. They don't feel like they're connecting at all. So much so that I had to double-check that I had indeed gotten a USB-C cord and not a micro-USB or other incompatible connector. With a pack of 5 I was able to find one that...kind of...worked with my GoPro, but even then the red "charging" light would go on and off intermittently. So while I can't say absolutely that these cords don't work, I can say they don't work consistently and confidently. No way I'm relying on them.

Website Size Description Not Accurate
Unfortunately the size description provided for the 5 pack is not accurate, it lists "3 x 1 x 1 inches", but what arrived is 1.5 1.5 x 4 inches. I am looking for the more compact size.

Great product and design
To be honest I didnt need 5 but the value was there. I am still on my first one without any issues. The recoil is perfect for keeping it in your pocket or simply preventing a clutter of cords

Work great and durable
Like everything about these. Our second order of this item, of 5 we got with our first order, all are still working fine and we have had them for 14 months
