Very Delicious Food
The recipes are simply delicious. Very easy to prepare. The book can be made much better by including pictures and nuitritional information

Book is only for healthy people doesn't contain anything related to bp, cholesterol, diabetes
This book contains large variety of recipes. It is directed for the normal healthy people. If you are having high/low bp, High blood sugar, heart issue etc complicated health problem, then this book is not for you. It doesn't contain any direction towards food for people with such complex health problems.
