Value for money rightly priced than any other store in chennai
Good product works well as intented. Easy to remove batter after grinding and cleaning is a breeze better than any Fixed grinder I have experience of both Fixed/ tilting this prestige is perfect.

Not worth for money and Worst customer service
Regarding grinder functioning : very slow rotation. taking long time to grind. there is a big gap between the plastic hand and the bottom of the drum. it is designed so in the model it seems(inquired with service person). so the particles are not grinded properly. we could clearly see the ungrinded particles in the batter irrespective of the time we take to grind.First purchased this product from showroom. it was defective and had to fight to get back the money. Then ordered online it was defective too.Manufacturing defect, the stone was rotating along with the drum.Registered complaint directly in the prestige service center. No proper response for 1 month.After that the service was not done properly. had to escalate to get it rectified to make it work.Product is not good and worth the money. Also the experience with people in showroom as well as service center is worst.A big no to this product particularly as it is not worth for the money and horrible customer service.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased October month. The wet grinder which we purchased found some issues and the grinding stone fallen down to floor and my aunty leg.will you send some one from manufacturer to check and rectify.

Good product, quite easy to use and clean. Value for money if you have the time.
Ground soaked urad to soft, light, snow-like batter in a matter of minutes, idli rice also soaked, to smooth paste! Easy to use and clean if you have time. Value for money nevertheless. Idlis are petal -soft and come out well each time.

More time in service than in use
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this grinder for the last one year and must have serviced it about 5 times.The main problem is that of the switch and the alignment of the stone. Does not grind well and the switch goes of quiet often. And each time you register a complaint, it takes nearly 5 to 7 days to have this serviced.I would have been better off had I chose some other model or brand.Edit 1: it's 18 months of use and the product just stopped working. Have serviced it Atleast 8 times. Shelving it now and going for a new one, this time not a Prestige.
