adidas Men's GSG-9.2 Hiking Boot, Black/Black/Black, 11.5

Quite possibly the greatest pair of combat boots available to date. I bought these for long overnight shifts (12+ hours) to replace my horribly uncomfortable Doc Martens, and after 8 weeks of wear, I have no complaint whatsoever. Adidas really knows what they're doing here. The boot has a solid construction, with incredible arch support to keep my ankles solid and happy for hours. They're incredibly lightweight and feel more like a high-top basketball sneaker than a boot. Definitely breathable so far, although I've not yet worn them in the blistering summer heat. I normally have an issue with the sides of my feet (bunions) and narrow shoes can be excruciatingly bothersome; however, with the Adidas GSG 9.2's, my bunions can rest easy and unbothered. For safe measure, I bought a half size up (11.5) but I think even 11 would have been fine. Thank you Adidas, for such an awesome product.

Great durable boot. Fits as expected. Very light weight. This boot breathes very well and it provides great traction.

I bought these off a reccomendation from a friend/co-worker. In fifteen years of wearing tac boots in my profession, these have been the most uncomfortable boots I have tried. I might as well just run around in my socks. The soles feel cheaply constructed with no shock absorption. My feet were killing me after a ten hour shift. The right boot feels the worst. I can tell it was not constructed the same as the left one. The QC/QA seems non existent when it comes to this pair. I'll be sticking to my Bates GX-8s and my Salomon Quest 4D GTXs.

This is a good boot. I'm a firefighter /Emt and in them for long periods and sometimes for 24 hrs. Nice light boot very comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone wanting a good pair of boots. This is my 1st high end expensive boot. Would like to try others and see how they size up to others. Draw back if any the boots are narrow. So if you have wide foot these not for you. The boots are not cool. My feet sweat in them. Not bad but they sweat a little. I believe these boots would be good for all seasons warm in winter and not to hot in summer. The soles really grip really well on all surfaces in urban environments. Great ankle support.

I've wanted a pair of these boots for a while. I've worn Rocky's and Hi-Tech both. Right out of the box they fit like a glove. Then the socks arrived that I ordered and they for even better. I ordered a half size larger due to the review research I did. I'm glad I did the research. Now the real research begins.I'll update soon.
