The media could not be loaded. One year update!Love this filter! It's worked great the whole year. It became a little louder and slower right at the one year mark, but our well water is likely the culprit as it has lots of sediment. It still worked great right up till the filter change. I put in a service request through the app. Got a message confirming date and time within 24 hours. Service person came early!!! Called ahead to make sure we were there. Same person who installed, so it was quick and tidy changing the filters. The West Bangalore service person is really excellent! We paid for the filters but not the service. Good deal. Back to being a quiet and fast filter. Definitely still recommend this filter.Origin review:So far so good with this a few weeks in! Filter is super quiet. I have to look for the lights to see if it is on. Taste is excellent. I love having the filter out of sight. The tap is super convenient for filling the kettle, rinsing veggies and cups, etc. Love this! I'll update as time goes on, but it's been perfect so far.Delivery was quick and the driver brought it up to my 2nd floor flat. The tank was in it's own box and the filter in another huge box.Installation was also easy. I called the Kent number they sent in a text and got in their system. The local person called me back within 24 hours and within another 24 the install person came. This is in Bangalore, FYI. Installer was excellent! He put it exactly where we wanted it and explained the basic things of running it, service, etc. The plumbing connection he did is good with no leaks. The filter is well designed, so it's basically hang and plug in and go, so that makes it much easier! Installer did a good job and everything has gone fine so far.I got the Kent service app and we have four years free service with that. Kent has been good so far, and I know they have a lot of service providers in my area, so that helps. I'll update after our first filter replacement service call!A few notes!!!We designed our kitchen specifically for an under counter water filter. We have a wider sink space you can see in the photos with plenty of room on the side of the drain pipe for the filter to be put in and taken out for service. The inlet water tap is also under the sink for our countertop style faucet, amd that works perfectly for this filter. Our drain pipe is in the wall, so we were able to run the filter drain directly into this alongside our sink drain pipe and fill the gap with putty. We had a plug point installed under the counter in the adjoining cabinet and cut a hole in the cabinet big enough for the plug to go in. We drilled a hole in our counter for the water tap. This was all done in a renovation prior to buying the filter! I highly recommend you renovate or design your space for this type of filter; accounting for water source, drain, plug point and space for the filter and tank all under the counter, plus a hole in the counter for the tap. If you have done that, this will be excellent! If you are not setup for this or prepared to do the renovations needed, I'd get another type of filter. This one is too huge and ugly and expensive for over counter install. And this would have been a real pain to install if we hadn't planned for it in advance. That all said, I'd totally go through the hassle again as this has turned out so nice!Some other details to help you plan for this I wish I'd had!Filter mechanism size / dimensions:8" deep15" wide20" tallCan be hung on the wall but can also stand up on the filters if needed, though I would not recommend that.Tank size / dimensionsRoughly 12" clearance space neededI store mine on a gas cylinder wheely trolley to make it a little easier to clean around. It is a few inches smaller around than a gas cylinder. I wish they gave a wall mounted bracket for this as that would be much easier to clean around.Go for it with this one if you want the look! My profound disappointment with the Kent Excell Plus RO water purifier I purchased for Rs. 15,000 in October 2021 cannot be overstated. Following installation in November 2021, the first sign of trouble surfaced in July 2023 when a persistent beep sound necessitated a service call. In response, I incurred a charge of Rs. 5,500 for the replacement of all filters within a week.However, the respite was short-lived, as the beep sound issue recurred in September 2023. The technician manually silenced it, only for the problem to reappear. This time, Kent insisted on changing the ccb, extracting another Rs. 1,000 from my wallet. The ordeal reached its peak in December 2023 when the machine abruptly ceased functioning. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the motor had succumbed to leakage.The remedy offered by Kent was a staggering quote of Rs. 4,500 for motor repairs. This product, once a significant investment, has proven to be only reliable within its meager one-year warranty period. Beyond that, the quality plummets, rendering it worse than water purifiers from original equipment manufacturers.Compounding the issue is the abysmal service experience. Contacting customer care entails enduring hours of waiting, false assurances of callbacks, and an apparent lack of availability of the senior technician team. In an entire year of service nightmares, not once did I receive a promised callback.Adding insult to injury is the questionable integrity of the service team. When parts are replaced, local substitutes are employed, yet customers are billed for genuine Kent components. Pursuing Kent for resolution becomes a time-consuming and frustrating endeavor, resulting in a draining depletion of both time and finances.Kent seems entirely indifferent to the distress and inconvenience faced by customers. Despite charging exorbitant amounts, they appear to care little about delivering a product of reliable quality or maintaining integrity in service. The once-trusted water purifier has now become a useless, unusable machine.In conclusion, my earnest advice to prospective buyers is to exercise caution. While this product may appeal to those financially well-off and willing to spare no expense, it stands as a cautionary tale for those who diligently earn their money. In the latter case, investing in this product is not just ill-advised but also a potential source of financial regret and frustration.

Very satisfied with the installation process. Works wonderfully. Minimal noise. I was expecting more noise. A UTC RO is definitely more expensive (almost double) of the regular RO but from a looks perspective, this worked perfectly for our kitchen. The water also tastes fine. Initial drainage ensured clean supply after. There is a spout that comes with the system so that can be attached on the counter. Using for three days no complaints yet. Also the RO comes with 1 yr warranty and 3 years service package which gets activated when you sign up on the app.

I received product that has dent on body so I give 0 star to amazon packing and delivery.I'm not returning it as it took so much time to talk with support and explain it, so i'm using the product with dent.Overall water quality is very good.Water flow from tap is very good with pressure.Kent product is very good so I'm giving 5 star to product but 0 star to its seller and delivery person.
