Good product for runners

Great product for endurance athletes. Gives you instant energy which lasts for almost an hour. Good taste (though slightly sweet for my palate), easy to carry while on the move and easy to use. I have used it for my cycling trips and gives me an instant boost. Easy to carry on Jersey pockets. A bit costly, but worth for occasional use during endurance races.

Nice product

I have been a long runner since a while. Was able to run many 15k and 16k but never got enough stamina to finish 21.1k (half marathon). Tried this today once at 42 minutes and another at 1:23 minutes. These two shots helped a lot and i finished my 21.1k. It does help but it takes around 15-20 minutes before you get shot of energy boost. I will suggest long runners to take this. Certainly not for those running 30-40 minutes as it adds 100 calories and has lot of carbohydrates. Will edit my review after trying it for more runs

Product is good and a perfect fit for half/full marathons. Have used it for 45 Km run as well (1 per 10 Km). Taste and energy - Good value for money. It goes even without consuming water, which is the best part.

One of the NGO in my hometown organised 70kms bicycle race 30% plain, 30% offroad and 40% steep and hilly range, about 60 cyclists participated and among them about 15 were from cycling club who used to go for regular cycling with a good brand light weight cycle, and I go for cycling once or twice a month with an Indian brand cycle (One Ninety Defetr Pro 29T) it approximately weight 20kgs with a bit higher tyre pressure. I took a pack of energy gel after every 40mins and I can really feel the difference. I completed the ride in 2hrs 46mins and bagged the 🥉🥉🥉 3rd place with ₹10,000/- cash price and a certificate. And those who bagged 1st, 2nd, 4th,..... till 10th place were from the cycling club. So money I spend on buying this energy gel result worth it. I recommend it in case if anyone needs energy booster.

Probably the best tasting energy gel I’ve ever had. Salt content can’t be that high. But the packets are well proportioned and definitely tastes better than GU. Will buy again.
