The Astra blades are really marvelous either for safety razors and straight razors, very smooth and the closest shave is easy with these Astra blades and another beneficial about these blades, it also gives irritation free shave.

Nice and smooth shave everytime, lasts for 4-5 times single blade. Would definitely recommend it. Cost effective compared to other ready to shave razors.

I have used just 3 of three of them till now. I shave only twice a week using double edged shaver first and then use vector plus for reverse move and finishing closest shaves. Well performing till now. Lasts more than gillette vector. Once I took it to my barber and got shaved. He just got surprised how it was gliding like butter straight and reverse and just got inquisitive about it. Awesome!!

Very good blade. . tried this after using feather...THIS ONE TAKES ONE MORE PASS BUT ITS SAFER THAN FEATHER.....ok you wont get Feather close shave in single pass but you wont bleed either....i am not a type of person who put lots of concentration while shaving (which is required by feather)...so this one is perfect for me, i can GLIDE ASTRA across my face while talking to someone without worries, and at the end my after shave didnt sting as much as it used to after using feather...i am gonna stick to astra now

As pointed out many people, this indeed is an old stock as the new ones have laser etched branding on one side. I got the packet for 899 Rs and it is really good for around 9 rs a piece. I have recently started using DE razor and this blade is perfect if you don't want too sharp blades. I am using one blade for one shave. No cuts or burning sensation.

Once you learn the technique (not very hard to learn, I took 2-3 shaves to learn) this razor is a pleasure to shave with. It really lasts multiple shaves with same performance as first shave. Also most importantly no skin irritation at all, this is one of the most important reasons i swithced to using safety razor, ealier used vector plus and it was a pain to use on two days stuble. Totally value for money and worth the initial investment. I am using it with pearl kit.

This blade is a perfect combination of smoothness and aggressiveness. Perfect blade for any razor. I use this at setting 3 on my Parker Variant razor (reduce it to 2 and 1 for subsequent passes.) As there are lots of reports in Shaving forums about counterfeit Astra blades, I was a bit concerned. Fortunately, the blades I got from M/s J.K. International are genuine beyond doubt. The genuine blades have Lasser inscribed branding on one side only (can be seen clearly on tilting). The other side is blank. There is no side numbering on any edge. The old Astra blades had brand printing on both sides and edges were numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4. If you have a blade with printing on both sides it is not necessarily counterfeit as these may be from old stock. Buying from a reputed vendor like this will ensure buying genuine products.

Es increíble la diferencia que existe entre las navajas que se incluyen al comprar un rastrillo y unas de marca como estas. Ya estaba a punto de tirar mi Black Mamba Ragnar puesto que al probarlo con las hojas incluidas no sirvió para nada, afortunadamente mi barbero me sugirió probar con hojas de calidad, según él, las incluidas en los rastrillos siempre son basura. Me decidí por estas ya que la marca es reconocida, estaban a muy buen precio y disponibles en Prime. Estoy muy contento con esta decición, la diferencia es increíble, cero irritación y basta con una pasada, además de que duran más de 5 rasuradas (un Guillete Match 3 me duraba 1), si tomo en cuenta que vienen 100 en el paquete, tengo navajas para un par de años y me voy a ahorrar una fortuna. 100% recomendadas, especialmente si como yo eres de barba tupida y piel tan delicada que no te puedes dar el lujo de varias pasadas.

disposable blades are a scam. this will last me a few years at least. the biggest scam is it is more convenient to use disposable razors. its not.

Prodotte in India (un tempo in Russia), queste lamette sono diventate lo standard di riferimento per un motivo preciso: l'equilibrio. 🎯 Lo "Sweet Spot" tra affilatura e gentilezza Esistono lamette estremamente affilate che perdonano poco (come le Feather) e lamette molto dolci che però rischiano di strappare il pelo (come le Derby). Le Astra Platinum si posizionano esattamente nel mezzo. -Affilatura: Ottima. Tagliano con decisione anche barbe di 2-3 giorni senza dover premere (cosa che non si dovrebbe mai fare!). -Dolcezza: Il rivestimento in platino fa miracoli. La lama scivola sulla pelle riducendo drasticamente le irritazioni e i micro-tagli, rendendole ideali anche per chi ha la pelle sensibile. 🛡️ Versatilità e Durata Uno dei punti di forza delle Astra è che "vanno d'accordo" con quasi tutti i rasoi. Che tu usi un docile Edwin Jagger DE89 o un più aggressivo Muhle R41, queste lamette si adattano alla perfezione, bilanciando il carattere del rasoio. In termini di durata, mantengono un'ottima performance per 3-4 rasature complete. C'è chi arriva anche a 5, ma visto il costo irrisorio, cambiarle un po' prima garantisce sempre il massimo del comfort. ✅ Perché averle sempre nell'armadietto -Rapporto Qualità/Prezzo imbattibile: Spesso si trovano pacchi da 100 lamette a prezzi ridicoli. È probabilmente il miglior investimento che puoi fare per il tuo grooming. -Ideali per i neofiti: Se stai imparando la tecnica, l'Astra Verde è la lametta più didattica che esista: perdona gli errori ma taglia quanto basta. -Costanza qualitativa: Difficilmente troverai una lametta difettosa in un pacchetto. Il controllo qualità è molto alto. ⚠️ Un piccolo appunto L'unica cosa che potrebbe dare fastidio a qualcuno sono le macchie di cera/colla usate per tenere ferma la cartina protettiva. A volte sono un po' abbondanti e possono sporcare leggermente la testa del rasoio, ma nulla che un po' d'acqua calda non possa rimuovere in un secondo. 💡 Il Verdetto finale Le Astra Superior Platinum non sono le lamette più affilate del mondo, né le più lisce in assoluto, ma sono secondo me le più equilibrate. Se dovessi indicare la lametta 'scuola' per eccellenza a chi sta muovendo i primi passi nella rasatura tradizionale, questa sarebbe senza dubbio la mia prima scelta.
