UPDATED: 5/22/2024. I have updated my review and gave them 5 stars. Larry in their technical support went WAY above and beyond when I wasn't getting my notifactions. He researched my phone type and walked me through some settings to try to rectify. When that didn't work, he went as far as bought my exact make and model of phone to try to recreate the issue. He was in constant contact with me. We finally got it resolved. It was an issue with my phone, not their product or app. UPDATE: 5/20/2024: Technical support did reach out to me and have been trying to solve the issue of why I'm not receiving notifications. They have been working very closely with me throughout the day having me try different settings on my phone. They have even ordered themselves the exact make and model phone that I have to try to replicate the issue and resolve it. They seem to genuinely care and want to help. In addition, the gave me a refund for one of the cameras even when I said it wouldn't be necessary. So hopefully they'll be able to figure this out and fix it. I needed to find cameras that work through windows. I had the Amazon blink cameras with the window mounts that I purchased separately. The quality of video was good but I had two issues with the cameras: they would put themselves to "sleep" around 7am and then not "wake up" until around 4pm. If I went in and did a live view, then it would wake them up. Made sure I had it set for 24 hour recording and checked with technical support who couldn't fix it. Then it's motion detection would pick up cars going by, leaves blowing but not people walking further than 6 inches from it. Kind of defeats the purpose. Again checked settings, set the section on high, cleared the "field" so it would pick up anything in it's entire field of view. Frustrating and missed some very key events that I needed them to pickup. Technical support didn't even respond any more. So I read all the reviews for these cameras and everyone seemed to like them. The biggest complaint was that most features didn't work unless you did subscription. I had to have a subscription with the blink cameras too, so this wasn't an issue for me and I set up my subscription when I set up the cameras. I haven't even had them up for 24 hours and have had three problems so far. I have reached out to technical support who claim they respond in 24 hours but haven't replied yet. The first issue is problems with the motion detection again. If you set it to detect people, it is supposed to only detect people and nothing else. If you want to detect everything such as people, animals and cars, you set it to motion detection. I set both my cameras to motion detection and set the settings to the "high" sensitivity setting. Two hours after installing, I watched two people walk past and 2 cars drive past and none were detected by the cameras that both should have picked up. The second issue I'm having is that I have the notifications turned on but don't receive notifications until I open the app, then they all come through. Kind of defeats the purpose of having notifications. My third issue is one camera just randomly went offline. Once it's offline, there is nothing you can do to get it to reset through the app. You have to unplug it and plug it back in. How are you supposed to try to reset it if you're not home? You can't! So then you are left vulnerable. I do like the clarity of the video and large areas they cover. Hopefully technical support will be able to fix these issues for me. I'll update if I get resolutions.

I am absolutely thrilled with this service—it's truly one of the best I've encountered! The great thing is that you don't have to subscribe if you don't want to, but if you decide to go for it, the cost is incredibly reasonable at just three dollars a month or $30 for an entire year Fantastic value considering the exceptional HD picture quality it offers; it's stunning. I was mistaken. Just to clarify, the correct App to use is the orange eojo. Be careful there will be a green app that first one you will see. No look for the orange app. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin from technical support, and I must say he was outstanding. His assistance made the setup process so much easier, and I felt completely supported throughout. If anyone encounters difficulties, having Kevin on your side will definitely make a difference; he was incredibly helpful. I'm so impressed with the service that I plan to purchase a second unit. I usually refrain from leaving reviews unless I have an extremely positive or negative experience, and I can confidently say that this product has exceeded my expectations. The quality is truly remarkable, and I genuinely love it!

Great quality,installation was easy Please don't buy if you are looking for a camera that will record to SD card or local storage this is not the camera,after 2 weeks it's telling me I can't see my recordings without subscribing to the cloud,neither was I getting any notifications of motion because I wasn't subscribed...in which I've already had a sd card installed,what's the sense.... I bought this for local storage,not for a subscription. They're a scam,they should have explained that in detail from the go

Not bad once you manage to get it connected and working. First off, 5G WiFi doesn’t work at all. Trying to connect to it always results with the camera saying the there is a WiFi password error. Managed to get it to connect to 2.4 GHz WiFi but then it wouldn’t connect the live view of the camera on the app, always resulting in a message saying it failed to connect (see the attached image). After trying to get the camera to reboot through the app and failing to get anywhere I unplugged it for 10 seconds and plugged it back in. It now works. What should have been a couple of minutes of setup time ended up in 45 minutes of troubleshooting just to get the thing to work, albeit not even as advertised (5G WiFi does not work at all). Not a good first impression. Still debating on keeping it or returning it. The picture quality is great and the color night vision is one of the best features (see other attached picture for example of night vision clarity).

Camera quality is good, easy to set up. Takes a while to make a connection to view a livefeed (if it ever does make a connection) I also did not realise that theres subscriptions involved if you want the camera to record when it detects motion. Their basic plan is $3 a month or $30 a year. Price for subscriptoon isnt terrible but for basic functions that people need like motion detection is behind a paywall. People buy this camera for peace of mind and needing a subscription to reap the benefits is greedy. I dont know if theres even a camera out there that doesnt require a subscription to use it; I suppose they gotta make money somehow. As long as their subscription service doesnt go up in price without a legitimate reason then I suppose its okay.

By far one of the very best outdoor cameras that I've gotten because the area I live it's not that safe so I have to keep it inside my house but through the window and this one sticks right completely onto your window so there's no glare you don't miss any notifications it works perfectly it's definitely I would definitely buy this one again A lot of people I heard complained and sent it back because it comes with the SD card and then they probably were upset that you have to pay the $3 a month for the cloud fee but the SD card gets filled within like a day or two so it's either used the SD card and keep erasing it maybe or I don't even know I just don't think it's a big deal that you have to pay $3 a month to get the cloud storage which is phenomenal so anyone that has complaints about why does it come with SD card and then you have to pay the subscription of three whole big dollars a month it's their crazy because it's totally worth it

I live in a relatively remote area with a yard that gets pretty dark at night. Tried a few different security cameras but the image quality just did not cut it, so I gave this a shot. There were no regrets at all! The camera is super easy to set up, and connecting it to the app was a breeze. For the installation, the box includes two adhesive rings with velcro that you use to stick the camera onto your window. (No more breaking out toolboxes, which is a godsend for a clumsy person like me 😂) Given the inexpensive price, the image quality is quite impressive—night vision is crystal clear with no reflection and is equally amazing in daylight. (Great for keeping tabs on what the outdoor cats are up to day-round.) A 64-gigabyte SD card was included for the camera, but I decided to try the subscription cloud service. Not sure how they are pulling that off, but it's ridiculously affordable! (3$ per month). Notifications for human detection are lightning-fast, and the huge cloud storage is a nice bonus. Overall, this camera is amazing for the price if you want some added peace of mind without breaking the bank.

I decided to write this review because of the great response I got from the developer. But first let me say these cameras have amazing night vision. At night, when the sky is black and colors are muted, the camera image looks almost like daytime, with blue sky and bright colors. I'm attatching two screen grabs from the same camera view, one from the daytime and one taken at night. Secondly when I asked for clarification on some of the software features and I made two suggestions, the developer got right back to me via email with helpful info and also told me that the functionalities I suggested "have been accepted by our software team. It should be available in version 2.6.9. Thanks for the input." This level of support and acknowledgement of new feature requests is absolutely unheard of!! FYI, for full functionality, saving recordings based on motion or on recognition of a human, you have to subscribe to their service. I didn't want to do that at first but then I realized it was only $100 per year for 4 cameras, so I signed up for the service and now I'm glad. $100 a year is low enough for the recognition and storage service, and these cameras are low priced to begin with. So I decided it was worth it.

So far, I love this camera. It’s working exactly as advertised and has been running smoothly since I bought it. I’m giving it 5 stars! ⭐ Worth mentioning, it also includes two spare installation attachments in the box, which is great if I ever want to move the camera to a different location.

Got to be honest I’ve tried my fair share of cameras but this is pretty darn good! Brilliant full colour night vision! Really impressive! And sticks to the window so no messing around with mounts etc! Only thing is it came with an American plug which it probably said and I didn’t read. Easily got an adaptor though so no worries.

The camera is decent however, after a1 month, one must subscribe in order to play recorded events. Even worse, Amazon only allows 1 month to return. Too be late for the owner, just like me, to realize after the fact. To anyone considering buying this device, BE AWARE, DO NOT INVEST IN THIS UNIT!!!
