Buy a more expensive one, bad quality material.
The spring broke without me ever using it. Picked it up today to use it for some frying I needed to do and turns out the spring is broken, it wasn't broken when I bought it and was just stored away. No corrosion on it, it just broke. The finishing isn't very good either.
