A good Value for money product - especially for the intermediate players
Hi. To be honest, I only purchased this product as my Myprotein pack was taking more time than expected to clear the custom office. In the meanwhile I obviously had to continue to cater to my body's protein requirement. I have so far only used imported products like ON, Muscle tech as I could never quite trust the lesser known products. There are millions of stories on how rampant counterfeiting is in India. But since I had already ordered a 5 Kg pack from Myprotein, I did not want to invest on another costly imported product as this was only for the transient phase till my package arrived. So I was scanning through the Amazon website with the price filters on. Being decently acquainted with Whey and other protein products, it is an advantage for me. I know the details that I need to look for in the product. I finally arrived at this product. Its a product from an Indian company - Healthgenie (I use one of their memory foam based back support in office and it is amazing). Since we, especially those new to protein have so many apprehensions and queries related to the lesser known products, I will try to answer the most important ones here.1. Effectiveness: The most important property for any protein supplement is that it should help in recovery and muscle growth. Right now I am only taking 1 serving a day. So I don't really expect magic growth. But it is helping in my recovery for sure. I don't feel muscle soreness or fatigue which is a good achievement considering the high intensity workout I undertake daily. They have mentioned it is a 80% whey concentrate imported from US and it seems to have decent quality.2. Taste: This is an unflavored product. So anyone with even lil knowledge would know it is not for everyone. Its not a pleasant taste and if you are not the kind of guy who can gulp down anything knowing its good for his body then plz don't invest in this3. Mixability: 2 Scoops (15 gm each) mix quite easily in 200-300 ml water.4. Price: Since it is an Indian made product, I am sure they enjoy a lot of advantages by being able to skip a lot of those import taxes (which make most of the popular wheys so costly). For sure they cannot sale this product at their MRP - 2500. Its a crazy MRP considering the brand, the taste and being an Indian product. Its a value for money if they continue to sell it at the discounted price 1300-1400That's it folks. Hope it helps in narrowing your search. If you have any questions on supplements or need support, you can reach out to me at [email protected]. Of course I also have a regular IT job ;) but I will try to help as early as possible. Till then keep fit and stay happy.

Protein on a budget!
> As we all know protein is a must for muscle recovery. Usually a kg of protein would cost you around 2.5k minimum, not denying the processing or content might be a little different, but at the same time we all know the main ingredient remains the same. Considering this fact, Sinew has been offering the protein at substantially lower prices than the competitors.> Raw Whey might not be the easiest to digest but I presume, all who are gonna opt for this would already be consuming some other natural alternatives where the protein extraction and breakdown isn't really easy.> The unflavored proteins are not really easy to consume with the bland taste they have, but then there are tonnes of recipes where you can add protein to things (Smoothies, cookies, brownies, etc..)> I have noticed the 'gains' are quite similar to what I was getting with the expensive ones.

Good enough for my purposes.
I liked the product. I used to use a scoop with milk and bournvita. Tasted good enough. Although it doesnt mix as easily, but I suppose that is expected at this price. And the effectiveness of protein is difficult to ascertain, so cant comment on that. But the product was good and served its purpose for me.

Hard Work pays off
To be honest I tried all brands like ON,Muscle Blaze,Nakpro,Sinew with consistence workout in gym, diet & sleep. Now it's up to your budget which u can easily afford otherwise all brands works more or less, though expensive brands are more preferred like ON.But you have be focused and consistent without giving up. may be 3-6-8-12 months it will take to give good result depending upon your hard Work & effort.

Preety good,go for it. But don't depend only on protein shake.
i used once and i saw the good result. It is unfavoured so don't except for any sweet taste. It will be like milk powder. And one more thing, customer service from this protein will always call you and ask to rate on Amazon. It is very bad way to ask for rating

Overall Good However.....
I am using both WPC & WPI for last 45 days, Results are awesome provided good count of calories and all the diet macros, Also using required multi vitamins and multi minerals. As the results are more than my expectation I doubt it should not have any gears in it. Still I hope for the best and continuing with it for now.

Just Ok.....
product is not so good or bad, ya of course it taste like raw milk powder but I know the fact that whey come from milk extraction so I not arguing with it, but I have just tasted it recently so have to wait for result let's hope the best. But the fact is proteins is just an recovery sustain so the ur body can retain normal pump up function for muscle so it not the matter of protein u take it's matter for hard, concentrated, determined, effort u take to retain ur body
