I don't know what review to give for this whole experience. The product isn't working properly. As somebody pointed in a different review, it worked fine for the first usage. After that, the second time, we had switched it on and waited for some time for the vapor to come out. But voila!, there was none, except for a few spells of hot air coming out(able to experience only if you keep your fingers close to the vapor opening) which was not enough to do anything for its purpose, whether to relieve cold or to use as a face vapor for opening pores. The only good thing is that, there was a face massager which came free with it and the timely delivery by Amazon.

First I thought it was not working....Steam was not coming but later I realized that I need to use only Tap water for steam..... Issue got solved.....

Please don't buy this.... When using plastic smell is coming..... It's also dangerous for our health.... Please don't but at this cost... I bought for 275 . Product Is OK. But the quality is worse.

Good deal. Using it for steaming face and hair. It's working good since last few months.

There are dark red colour sediments seen when water is boiled for 4 to 5 minutes. Also there's smell of plastic so feeling unsafe to use this product
