Impressive!
I was impressed as soon as I opened the package. The box it comes with looks like it should be jewelry: durable cardboard with a magnet-locked hinged lid. Upon opening it, I immediately saw a few ear tips in a plastic bag and a rubber pegboard with different sizes, shapes, and tips. This came in handy as my ears are different, and using a different size and style provided a better fit. It comes with a quality charging cord long enough to reach on top of a nightstand, not the little 6” cord the others I sent back came with, and a felt drawstring bag for the charging case. I have owned a Miracle-Ear pair and tested a state-of-the-art $5,000 pair. The sound quality is truly just as good, if not better. I have also tested several OTC sets I sent back for various reasons. This set beats them all, hands down! It comes with an app (more on this later) that is a little frustrating because of the lack of communication. You must use the app as a control, using the physical buttons limited to volume control and phone answering. This was a plus for me as I can never remember the combinations of presses and long presses. The hearing test is more comprehensive than the others, but there are no individual frequency controls, so it may take a couple of times to dial in what's best for you. The fine-tuning gives you RL volume control and three noise suppression settings: Quiet, Noisey, and Auto. The auto works exceptionally well, but the degree of noise suppression is not that great. It also has three levels: howling (feedback) suppression, noise suppression, and own voice and speech enhancement. Each of these will change the overall sound. I encourage you to try each setting to dial in a comfortable sound. I had to return a pair of OTC aids because even full volume wasn't enough. These have the power to spare. I have yet to drain the battery, even using them to listen to music via Bluetooth. I was going to knock off a couple of stars because I had a lot of trouble connecting the app to Bluetooth, even though it connected easily to my phone and iPad. The trick is to return to the home screen and click Hearing Test, even though you have already taken it. It will take you to a screen to check if your device is connected, and click Hearing Test again. It will take you then to a page where you can access the Fine Tuning page. If you follow those directions, you will have no trouble using the app. Overall, you are getting a $5,000 hearing aid for $300! Impressive! Update: the batteries drained out in one of them before the end of my day yesterday. I read in the manual that using Bluetooth will drain the batteries much faster. I listened to music with them and was on hold on the phone for a long time. I got no warning that the battery was going to die. Bluetooth will drop out when it is low to conserve power. If you listen to music or talk on the phone often, be aware that you may have to recharge them before the end of the day.

Returned via Amazon, worked well but took several days for refund to be applied to my visa.
The aids do not provide hearing aid function due to their delivery of low or no volume for accoustic sounds, Bluetooth functions for phone and streaming work well with very usable volume. Appears microphones work okay as phone works great for both transmission and reception of voice. I am seeking support from Jiuyee, and will return if they can not provide a fix.

Not for me
I do have to admit that, although these were easy to use, I could never get comfortable wearing it. Downloading the app wasn’t the problem, it was comfortability and not being able to use only one. I probably would’ve kept these if that was a possibility, as I’m only deaf in one ear at this time The battery life seemed pretty good , but I could not get these to fit comfortably in my ears. It was not very heavy on my ear, but none of the adapters felt right in the canal, so I never really got to use and see how they worked clarifying sound. I chose them based on the reviews that I read, but none of them said I couldn’t use one at a time. I also really loved the color, and the ergonomic shape. Even though I didn’t have a good time with them, it might work for you. I’ve read a lot of really good reviews on this, but I couldn’t keep them.

Jury still out
I'm a long-time hearing aid user (20+ years) and wanted a backup while waiting for a part for my Embrace Hearing aids. While these are better than the Jabra Select 500 model I tried, there are plusses and minuses with these. Minuses: the reciever is almost too large to fit in my ear canal, at about 3 times the size of the Embrace Hearing reciever. All of the domes were too large to fit comfortably in my ear, but I was able to use dome from my other hearing aid. Note that you have to use closed domes to prevent whistling and feedback. As for the sound clairity and volume, I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the volume was better with factory settings than after completing the hearing test and applying custom settings. I ultimately reset them to factory settings for a better experience. Lastly, the battery doesn't hold a charge for a full-days wear. I've gotten just under 12 hours, less when using audio streaming more during the day, This is probably a deal breaker for me as I don't want to have to recharge them during the day. Some things I like: while the hearing aid itself (processor and battery) are significantly larger than other aids I've worn, I like the fact that they hang behind my ear instead of sitting on top of the ear, as they don't get in the way of glasses arms. I also found them easy to connect to various bluetooth devices and used them with a PC as well as iPhone. The iPhone app is a little buggy, but worked well enough and did what it needed to do unless you count the inadequate hearing test results and resultant settings. Bottom line, if not for the inadequate battery life, I would keep these, but I really need more than 12 hours of battery life.

Very Impressed with the technology of these hearing aids
Jiuyee is a reputable overseas medical device company . The Jiuyee Hearing Aids use the latest tech on the market, such as: receiver in the canal (RIC), BlueTooth (BT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) software to mention a few. Its tech rivals other OTC hearing aids which go for 1K+. That being said, there are some hardware and software glitches, but no big deal for me. The hearing aids themselves provide clear and natural hearing which is the most important thing, they are comfortable to wear, the feedback elimination and background noise elimination work manually and are a big plus. Conversely, in my case, my cell (Samsung Galaxy 5G) does not work 100% automatically with my aids which I’m hoping will be fixed with a future software update. Customer service has been very helpful. Each aid volume can be tuned for each individual ear. This helps me as my right ear has nerve damage and my left ear is not as bad. The software includes a hearing test which verifies this problem although its generic setting on the software had to be manually changed by me. Also, once the software is set up for your particular hearing environment, BT is no longer needed as the aids remember all settings even out of BT range. Aid volume can also be changed up/down on the heating aids themselves. BT may be necessary if conditions change though. If you choose these hearing aids, my only advice is to shop around. I shopped at the jiuyee dot com site itself and saved a lot. Overall, I am very pleased with these hearing aids and wear them close to 12 hours a day, often forgetting they’re on. (I worry about the shower though !!). One more thing: BT( in general) saps electronic device battery life. Make sure other devices than your cell (laptop or tablet, etc.nearby) ignore your hearing aid’s BT as this can limit aid battery life. The software program includes a video which has helpful info.:WATCH IT! (I should have.) I will update if anything else changes.

Title: Comfortable and working well
Clear hearing just be careful if you wear I have tried to find an inexpensive but good hearing aid products for some times now and This one so far is the best device among few OTC products. The device seems big but comfortably to wear and provide very long battery life and not worry about losing them. The app made setup and configuration very easy and accurate to adapt my hearing situation. The sound of conversation is clear and background noise is low. I am very happy after about a month’s use. Will update later if anything changes.

Clear sound and total comfort
I bought this for my father, the sound clarity is excellent — conversations are crisp, and background noise is minimized, which makes everyday life so much easier for him. The Bluetooth feature is a huge bonus. He can connect to his phone and TV effortlessly, and now he doesn’t have to blast the volume anymore. The rechargeable battery lasts all day, and the charging case is compact and convenient. They're also lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods, and the setup was quick and easy, even for someone who’s not tech-savvy. These hearing aids have truly improved his quality of life.
