I ordered this Lifelong yoga mat after seeing good reviews, and I must say, totally worth it! The mat is soft and thick (6mm), so even when I do yoga or floor exercises, knees don’t hurt. Grip is also solid – no slipping even during Surya Namaskar or planks. Looks nice too, with two colors – my wife also liked it and now she uses it more than me! Material feels premium, and it’s lightweight. I take it sometimes to the park, very easy to carry with the strap they’ve given. Overall, very happy with this purchase. If you’re looking for a good mat for home workouts or yoga, just go for it. Desi households will find it useful and durable.

This mat is really good. The martial is soft. Size is good enough for all exercises

Cushioning is decent. Can do crunches on it without hurting my tailbone. The ends are not staying flat easily. Carry bag is extremely snug and if you roll it loosely they won't fit. The material itself is sturdy. Easy to use though and the carry strap is fine for the price.
