Dangerously inaccurate an should not be sold in UK
I am someone who rarely writes reviews. But honestly I feel compelled to do so. This product is dangerous and should not be allowed on the market. It had main grossly worried with very inaccurate abnormally high readings. I bought and tested four of these since November 2025 and I am on my fifth product now. All the time it gave me high readings. To the point I was so concerned I went and shared results with my healthcare provider thinking I may be diabetic. Healthcare provider asked for the fifth product I am wearing to do a side by side with a skin prick blood glucose monitor. I know the science behind these the readings will be slightly delayed compared to skin prick test but honestly itโs not about delay, the vast difference in readings and wide ranges. Iโve attached photos of reading I took ten minutes ago. See the differences in the reading for your self!! P.S. by the time I am posting this, itโs now 15 mins since a test. This monitor is still 9.3 mmolโฆ a reading which would worry any normal person. This is why I say it should be banned

It works
These work. Don't bother with the marketing of the other glucose monitors.

Useless app.
I am unable to use this app because, no matter how often I try, it goes to the video and stalls a few seconds in saying, "Play fail. No Internet connection". If the app is unusable then the sensor is as much use as breasts on a bull. I will try to contact them. Update: I contacted the company (Shealthub Customer Service) and they were very helpful but could not solve the problem. I tried on several devices and nothing worked. The program stopped in exactly the same place each time I ran it. Finally I checked the wifi router. Bingo! I live in an area where I can't get internet on my home phone so I use a mobile network for all my internet needs. I switched on 'roaming' and everything worked. So my original comment was not quite true. Useless me. I hate being wrong!

First time user. Both devices failed within 5 days of use. Never again.
Utterly useless. I purchased 2. The first one failed after 4 days. When I started using it I checked it's accuracy against my (Sinocare) finger prick tester. The CGM showed 13.3 finger test 8.4. After 4 days it started continuously reporting extremely low readings. 3.2, finger test 5.8. Readings down to 2.2 when I know that it was ridiculous. I've now ended the first, 9 days early. Fitted the new one, following the instructions to the letter. But the app cannot find the device, even though my phone is within 6 meters, more like 60cm. I WILL NEVER BUY THESE DEVICES AGAIN. Two failed within 5 days of use and absolutely no response from Sinocare after emailing and messaging on X. Once bitten, twice shy. UPDATE: The second device finally picked up after 10-12 hours. But like the first, after 4 days it started reporting extremely low blood sugar. Check with finger prick test and it was way out. I then purchased Libre 2 sensors. So with both running the iCan device was much lower than the Libre 2. Example, Libre 2 5.6mmol/L, iCan 2.1 mmol/L. That is useless in my opinion. I have just done a finger prick test 8.1. Libre 2 9.0. iCan 4.0. How can it be 5 lower. It is wildly inaccurate. Totally unimpressive.

Incorrect values, vastly over estimating blood glucose
I've been wearing the first of my two censor pack now for almost 48hrs. I'm not diabetic, using it for human optimisation I guess. I've now tested myself 3 times with a finger prick tester while fasted and verified that my CGM appears to over estimate my glucose levels by 30 mg/dL.... Seems very unreliable, I guess I'm glad though to find it's a faulty device instead of me having severe insulin resistance

What better way to know you blood glucose?

50% failure rate, AVOID
Out of 4 I bought, 2 failed. For only slightly cheaper product than american Libre that is unacceptable. This time the applicator did not release the sensor after attaching to skin. AVOID
