Excellent Classic Movie.....The Acting Was World Class...!!!

Need I say more this is so good! When I first saw it on TV I fell in love with it and I’m a big fan of Robert Redfords. So it was a must have. It’s a little depressing but I guess I like depressing who knows but I highly recommend it.

Just like brand new! It was purchased at a lower price, because it was used. Just like new!!! Absolutely perfect we purchased it for our own enjoyment and entertainment. Brought back so many memories lol lol lol will order from this company again.

This movie is one that I come back to at least once a year for its cinematography, sound track, and acting. If you have not watched, please do. Much better than the 2013 version--although Leo DiCaprio is a national treasure, Robert Redford IS Gatsby.

I purchased this DVD to show to my 11th grade English class, as we just finished reading the novel. The DVD was exactly as advertised and a good quality product. The film itself isn't my favorite adaptation (the actors all seem a little disconnected and bored), but it certainly helped my students with our project analyzing the story!

It doesn't get any better than this; as much as I liked the modern "Gatsby," it still can't beat this classic with Robert Redford & Mia Farrow. Excellent version that actually follows the book, unlike the more modern version. It's full of all sorts of nuances that I feel F. Scott Fitzgerald would have appreciated.

Lives up to all expectations. I enjoyed it very much.

Hreat acting and costumes...and a young Robert Redfod. Never really much of a Mia Farrow famd, but I cannot imagine anyone else for the role. Certainly not your happily, everafter romance. Shows a part of society tbst had everything, except reality-

Buyer beware check the region before buying. A good price but with a sting! does not play on modern DVD players belongs to region 1, gave to charity. This is a classic film so will be buying the region 2 version.
