TCP global product. Used as a primer when mixed one to one and can be reduced to be used as a sealer. I needed a sealer to cure leach thru from previous work done to a car i bought. Primer did not work to use as an efficient barrier. I had to sand thru the issue, but with a coat of the sealer the problem was fixed and i can move on to the top coat. You can choose the speed of the activator to suit your climate and the same with your reducer. I can recommend this.

Great primer paint. I used it to prime the underside of my new mower deck before having it Line-X coated. Excellent adhesion. It was recommended by the professionals.

bought this took a week and a half to get it and it was old primer, all separated and clumpy, steered what felt like forever and could not get it to smooth out. did not want to take a chance on paint peeling so opted not to use it. total waste of time and money. Would not buy it again better off opening the window and throwing it out.
