Charged it yesterday a used it for the first time last night, unit appears well built and all the attachments have the appearance of a quality unit. Pleased with it so far good, quality product but only time will tell how durable the unit and attachments are.

This has been game changing for post-run muscle soreness, not sure how we lived without one before! In terms of features, we only really tend to use the spherical attachment, and the device takes a while to charge but we love it. Unfortunately the device stopped working after about a year. After getting in contact with Bob and Brad's support team they were able to provide us with a replacement device out within a few days! We were extremely impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend the investment!

What can i say… The product alone is well worth the full RRP nevermind when its on discount. The quality exceeds other brands even at a higher price bracket. Cannot fault this brand one bit! Along with the customer service, i couldnt be happier. They resolved an issue straight away with multiple agents following up to see if the issue in hand had been resolved. Wish all companies were like bob and brad.

I bought this massage gun for my boyfriend at Christmas. He loves it and uses it regularly, very good quality, good design and easy to use. It comes with a year warranty and when the charger stopped working, Bob and Brad replaced the whole product - they were really efficient, quick to reply and very helpful. I would get this product again. Great for pain relief and help recovery after exercise and sport!

***UPDATE*** Sometimes things go wrong. After about 50 weeks, the massager would not turn on or charge. I contacted Bob & Brad's customer support and within 12 hours a replacement was on its way - with several follow up emails to check that I was happy. I am! Things go wrong - but it's what a company does to put it right that matters. Bob & Brad's customer service couldn't be bettered. Mind you, I'm still disappointed that there was no "Heat and Cold, Bob and Brad" in the box! ;-) I have been a fan of Bob and Brad for some time, enjoying the YouTube videos of the two most famous, physical therapists on the internet (in their opinion). So, I am disappointed to report that this item is not as described. It certainly comes in a handy carrying case and is rechargeable via USB-C. It has a variety of different shaped, interchangeable heads including one which heats or cools. But I purchased this item because it was described as having heat and cool, Bob and Brad... THERE WAS NO BOB OR BRAD ANYWHERE IN THE PACKAGE. I feel cheated. I have looked beneath each attachment - no Bob or Brad. I have looked in the pouch which contains the charging cable and instruction booklet - no Bob or Brad. I have even looked beneath the padding in the case - no Bob or Brad. Stupidly, I have recycled the packaging. I did not notice any Bob or Brad, but perhaps there was a separate package of Bob and Brad?

This massage gun is amazing very silent then the once’s I have used, light heat function is good, will help the muscles recover. Got at a good price, albeit it still quite expensive then other massage guns. It does a good deep massage job.

Once the battery is flat it would not charge again I bought 2 and had to return ☹️ no no to this brand

Even though it looked of good quality, it stopped working after one month. Returning it. Update: The Customer Service team at Bob and Brad sent a new replacement massage gun free of charge. This is an excellent customer service especially that I liked the T2 Pro massage gun and I'm a happy customer now.
