I contacted Bob & Brad customer support, and they responded quickly and professionally. To my surprise and appreciation, they sent me a brand new upgraded model without requiring me to ship back the faulty one. I was already using a Theragun at my gym which was a very expensive type, because I wanted to use one at home I researched all those on sale and decided on the Bob and Brad. What a machine it has taken the aches and pains out of my legs. Amazing quality with just enough attachments to be useful and a really good quality case. I use it twice a day and the battery lasts for ever, charges really quickly from USB. I'm so pleased with it I have stopped using the one at the gym in favour of this. 10 out of 10.

Research led me to this massage gun. Good balance of decent quality by a “proper” make and price compared to the cheap non brand ones for £40. This gun packs a punch. 10mm piston movement - number 2 is perfect, higher settings can be too intense. Lasts ages on a charge. Carry case is nice and well set out. I was dubious how good it would be but after a long run, it feels damn good on tired legs.

Great massage gun, easy to use, well made, and worth the money. If I had one complaint it would be that setting 1 (of 5) is too powerful. My wife won't use it as she said it is too powerful and I only use it on setting 1.

Very surprised with this, it works. I have sciatica and after visiting a chiropractor who used a similar device which made such a difference I thought I would give it a go. There’s a fair few to chose from but I didn’t want to buy some cheap copy. This has given me immediate relief and I use it every day. It’s very powerful on its highest setting and I only use 1&2. It’s well packaged in a zipped case and the charge from full has lasted over 2 weeks and is still ok.It’s about the size of a small hairdryer, is light enough to use single handed.Definitely a recommend.

What an exceptional piece of equipment.Must have for your recovery , helps to easy the struggle with tight muscles and soreness after good gym sessions. A specially with big muscles groups .Low settings good for relaxing massage .I like and recommend.
