Item seems good in quality. But finds the following issues. 1. Keys could have provided numbers for ease of usage 2. Protective case is of poor quality. Would like to purchase a quality case if available

15 Number hole is not good. Sound quality of that hole is terrible. Packaging was also horrible (No box provided, No extra protection leads to doubt on authenticity)
