I've been using it for 2 years. Makes me hungry a little. Food digestion is better than ever. Keeps me full after half litre milk with two scoops of this every day.

Good composition compared to other brands especially ENSURE!Would be delighted if the brand tries to lower the preservatives, artificial sweetners and all the chemical stuff.

I would recommend this protein powder to those who just want to start their protein intake and dont want to start with actual protien powder supplements like ON or muscleblaze.The taste is lretty good and has a great mixability, but the results obviously are not that great compared to protien powders in the market

Good alternative to protinex. But taste is lowered by time

I was looking for Bournvita alternative with less sugar and more protein. This one tastes good enough and has less sugar than Bournvita. I hope I actually get the protein written on the nutrition label.

Me and my father got badly sick after consuming it for 5 days. All other members of our family were perfectly healthy. Thereafter, my sister consumed it and she also got nausea and fever after drinking it 2 days. I don't know what's wrong with this product. But my doctor told me to avoid such products as they are not good and just contains chemicals.
