This set includes a lot of different options for tummy time. You use the book, water mat, or balls together or seperately while holding your child or while they are laying on their stomach. Remember the pillow is to be used once the baby can consistenly left and hold their head up.

This was just an amazing hit, everything that was included on it was amazing, looks even better in person, the softness and the easy to clean was what i was iffy about, however this did not disappoint, love that it also came in a box where you can keep it in after each use.
