This is the complete list, in order, from the package: Dried potatoes, vegetable glycerin, water, gelatin, chicken, dried kelp, flaxseed, alfalfa, natural chicken flavor, lecithin, pumpkin, citric acid (preservative), turmeric. FYI: ProDen Plaque Off powder is another excellent dental product. I add the powder to my chihuahua’s food once daily, and give my 7-pound guy once daily 1/2 bone of these small size dental care treats. Highly recommend both products!

When picking the plaque off bones, what weight size does small dog refer to? What are other sizes and weights?

I buy the mini size. My dogs are 14 pounds each and I give them 1 mini size bone a day. The back of the package has a recommended feeding based on weight. For dogs 4-10 lbs they recommend 1/2 bone per day. For 10-20 lbs they recommend 1 bone per day.
