Incorrect readings of the temperature.
The worst product available in this category.I had ordered this infrared digital thermometer for my kids ,so that I could monitor proper temperatures during the febrile periods but to my utmost shock ,this device is displaying temperatures on the lower side as to that of the analogue thermometers.It is a health safety hazard and should be banne from Amazon website to safeguard the future of patients .Fortunately, I happen to be a doctor !

I read the reviews after the date of return date was over, so panicked thinking about the money I may have been robbed of. Then decided to give it a try and after trying it on my self and my kids surprisingly readings from other thermometer had the same readings, so felt I could trust the device in future, though have to follow instructions. So not a bad decision to buy this device after all.

Returned it within a week (For Older design of product)
Inaccurate readings, not user friendly. Battery drains very fast, within 2 days after buy started showing low. Buttons were not smooth to press and use.The product design was different than the one shown in current product image.
