It works just as advertised. I use it to make pancakes, french toast and grilled cheese.

Great pan
I love this pan. I've been using it to heat tortillas, but there are many things this pan would be good for. It's very easy to clean.

Works as advertise. Nonstick without teflon.
This is great nonstick with low sides making it easy to get a spatula in for frying stuff like eggs, crepes, etc. So far cleanup is often not necessary because all the food comes out onto the plate. Otherwise just a quick wipe with a towel.
