The product is amazing easy to install butMissing 4 volts. Now I have to go to hardware store to get those bolts.

Missing parts.
I really liked the running boards just hate that so many parts are missing! Had to buy the missing parts to put the last one.

Not everything included
I hired a friend to install these steps. My jeep is a 2021 wrangler 4x4. The back step installation went smooth but the front steps were missing a bolt. It seems the kit assumes you are replacing the factory steps and already have some of the bolts. That was not my case. It took several tries at Autozone to finally get a bolt that fit. Unfortunately, I don’t know what size it was that finally worked. Once the steps were on, I loved how they look. My advise is to ask your local jeep dealership how much they charge to install an aftermarket accessory. My local dealership quoted $170.

Missing Parts
Missing screws and bolts for full step, had to go purchase new one. 2 of the steps also came scraped as if the had been previously used. I would return if I could.

Nice, if you have the parts
These look great once installed, fairly minimal footprint but still give a good functional step. There were not enough bolts for installation included, but I had factory rocker guards to remove that gave me enough spare bolts. The lack of hardware is not explained in the instructions, buy more if you don’t have existing rocker guards or running boards.
