Restaurant Quality
I was a bit nervous about buying fish online,Just had sashimi dinner and have to say this stuff is top restaurant quality stuff.Shipped on a box , inside a cool bag inside of another insulated bag full of ice packs .Not cheap, but worth every penny , considering how much a sashimi dinner will cost you in a restaurant not to mention the bottle of wine etc . Wife and I agreed sashimi dinner once a week uffff. Gourmet stuff.Cheers 🥂

Amazing! Fresh and delicious
I was a little worried at first when I saw the price. especially since it's frozen. I've bought yellow fin tuna locally here in Texas and it's been mediocre at best. They came very quickly and they were all individually vacuum sealed so they could be kept fresh in the freezer until I was ready to use them. These made some of the best sushi we have ever had. absolutely delicious and am ordering more today. I am also going to try some of their other items as price is competitive with what I see locally and it's delivered quickly right to your door. The texture was good and the flavor was fantastic.

Delivery was very IMPRESSIVE!
I ordered salmon with this tuna - I can't wait to defrost a piece and sear some plus make some sushi - the salmon was excellent! I will bust the tuna out within the next few days! Thinking about all the ways to prepare it.... UPDATE: I seared half a block of tuna - simply amazing!

Worth the money and time!
Just got my first order in. Great product. One piece of advice: look up how to best thaw tuna. Find some good info looking around. A couple of days before you are to going to use the tuna, take it out of the freezer and out of the back. Wrap it in a couple of layers of paper towels and place in the refrigerator. Change out the paper towels as the tuna thaws and releases moisture. I had to change them at least twice a day. This allows the tuna to thaw to refrigerator temperature while keeping it from becoming damp as the moisture is released.

Fast, good price and Fresh.
The delivery speed was impressive. Delivered in one day and I did not even order a rush delivery. The packing was impressive aswell. Bottom line the fish was frozen solid. When you order fish to be delivered that will be eaten raw you want it to be safe. I've ordered sashimi grade fish from 7 or 8 companys around the country, only two I consistently buy from. This company just went to number on in my book. Speed is great, but the quality of the packing has me sold. I'll will write another review if things change. Oh yeah, the price is competitive aswell.
