Sodastream soda elderberry style
I use a full jigger of this plus plain water to make yummy “soda” in my sodastream. Delicious and hopefully good for me.

I purchased this for my soda stream. This was a total waste of money.

Great tasting but......
I really do like this item, but it is only a cup full, which makes it quite pricey. I am going to shop around for a better deal.

Elderberry simple syrup
This elderberry simple syrup is a versatile beverage mixer. I used it as part of a delicious, refreshing cocktail composed of alcohol free vermouth, topped up with sparkling water. For my teetotaling husband, I served it just like that, and it foamed up on top a little for an interesting head. For mine, I added a shot of vodka. My husband liked it so much, he wanted seconds right away. Mine was equally delicious, and I couldn't even taste the alcohol. The berry flavor is delightfully sweet. My only complaint is how small the bottle is for the price. No worries, it probably costs a lot to produce. Thumbs up for this syrup.

Very special. Makes a delicious cocktail.
I've been using this to make old fashions and have been delighted with out they taste. Such a complimentary experience. I don't know that I can go back to the old way. The bottle is fairly generous in size and should last for over a dozen drinks. Would purchase again.
