Formerly S Baptist, I thought healings and miracles ceased with the apostles— so imagine my surprise when God struck me with a gift of healing at age 39! I’d already been healing mental illness and brains as a naturopath, but had never yet seen a true instant divine miracle! I did not have a teacher but was led by the Holy Spirit and started seeing people healed sporadically. Then people like Todd White and Praying Medic helped me with some how-tos, and the effectiveness of Gods power increased with technique! It is still all HIS power, but we can be better stewards of it! I wish I had had a guide like this back then and all along. The laying hands on people in my clinical setting or a conference is much different than Johnathan’s missionary work and street healing, but we all need to compare notes! I’m so glad I get to read Jonathan’s notes! It feels like cheating off of the smartest kid in class.Jesus spent years doing one to one training with the disciples and they still had so much to learn when he ascended to the Father. So do we and I am thankful to have this book and mentor.Thank you Jonathan for sharing the whys and the how-tos! Healing is the milk of the signs following those who Believe in Jesus! We all MUST heal, cast out demons and raise the dead! This book shares the mechanics behind the miracles, with all Glory to God and Jesus who came in the flesh, so we could be the flesh to continue His work through us. Wish I could give it more stars. If you are wanting to take your walk with the Lord to the next level - stop what you are doing and read (or listen to) this book. I have read and experienced many things concerning moving in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, but his book summarizes and explains things in such a profound way. I will be listening to it again. Life-changing! Thank you, Bro. Jonathan! Thank you for your perseverance and obedience.

Omgoodness!! Every Christian needs to read this book no matter if you've known of Jesus for a day or have walked with the Lord most of your life!! The practical applications of this book is absolutely amazing!! I read it in 2 days because I couldn't put it down! I'm reading it again and taking notes on how I can partner with the desires of the Lord even more, grow even deeper in my love and relationship with Him and do all He desires to put my hands and heart too! I literally ordered one for my pastor who is truly a man after God's own heart and desires us all to grow deeper in love with Jesus! I've already encouraged my husband to read it as well!! You will truly love this book!!!

This book contains practical and doctrinally sound principles of manifestations of miracles as well as impartation to those who read it.If you think it takes a special man or woman of God to perform healings and miracles, this book will correct your understanding and show you how YOU the believer can perform miracles and healings using the authority Jesus died to give you! The difference in this book from other attempts to teach this is that Jonathan is able to make it simple enough for a child to understand. The thing I appreciate most is that even though power is mechanical, this book emphasizes relationship with God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit in light of those mechanical principles. I really don’t believe you can have one without the other.

It is not by chance that Jonathan Brenneman's book THE MECHANICS OF MIRACLES has landed in my hands. I want to give it away to all of my friends. It is all I want to talk about. It has caused a shift in my perspective from receiving the power of God to overcome, to being overcome by HIS LOVE, and allowing HIM to flow through me. If I were to describe this book in one word, it would be POWERFUL! It exposes the "elephant in the room," which is the powerlessness in the church. Holy Spirit has deeply moved my heart with conviction over my own lack of power and unbelief. Your writings have brought a greater definition to my true identity and mission in Christ.

This book will open your eyes to what God has done through Jesus and what he wants to do through Jesus in us. It’s for everyone who follows the Lord.

This was a very enjoyable and practical book to read, especially if you desire to see healing and miracles actually "work!" There are many books endorsing and arguing for healing and miracles today; however, most don't give you the practical "nuts and bolts" of seeing these. This book is different. The author has seen these happen on the mission field, and he makes it within reach of anyone who wants to partner with God in seeing His Kingdom expressed in these ways today. There are great stories and practical (Can you tell that word is important to me?!) guidance in moving forward with God's agenda on the earth today.

Finally a book that speaks truth and helped me being grounded in Christ. No more Christians with super-powers! Jonathan is not just speaking of Jesus power, but he is showing you the power and love of Jesus. It not only teaches you how to, but brings fresh revelation, insight, and inspires you to go and do it yourself. I was glued as Jonathan share his own beautiful and miraculous experiences. This is the work of Jesus! I pray you will enjoy it as much as I did. Thank you Jonathan for such a fantastic book!

All Christians should be experiencing and walking with Jesus, and revealing Him to others. A Christian means "A Follower of Christ". Jesus said "Joh 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." We follow Him, spirit to Spirit, speaking as we Hear Him Speak and do as we see Him do.
